I have been liking going to hotbox recently the pizza is amazing the staff is so friendly this is my favorite pizza restaurant so far I will be back here everytime I want to have a good meal.

Very disappointed. I live 3 mins away and waited over an hour for pizza and stix. Called to check on it and they had no idea if it was sent out or not. Finally arrives. Did not bring the garlic sauce and I don’t know what happened to their stix tonight but they are not the normal HB stix. Dough did not rise or something. Have always had great service and food. Something is going on. Only 1 person working when I stopped in the other day for stix. Took almost 20 mins. Please fix...

January 2025

Ordered online and came in to pick up. Only one employee working, and she was on the phone with a customer. Never acknowledged that she saw me. Waited about 10min, when another employee walked out of the bathroom and straight to the prep area. Didn’t say a word to me or the guy that had just come in. Waited another 8-10 min and was handed my pizza. No speaking at all.
