Coffee sucks. The last 3 times I’ve been in, there’s more sugar than coffee. And when I ordered a regular coffee it tasted like coffee flavored water. I spend $6 on coffee it should taste like coffee. If your gonna be called Java house good coffee is what should come through

Staff was great and so friendly. The coffee.... One of the worst lattes I have ever had. We got two different drinks and both were undrinkable. The espresso tasted burnt and overall not good at all. We drink a lot of coffee/espresso. We have lived all over the country..... Not good. Hopefully this store can get that figured out. Thank you for the friendly staff though.

Great coffee and service!!! One of my favorite lattes and love that they carry berry flavored syrup all year round! Super convenient location as well, love how it’s an easy walk to the library and nickel plate trail!

disappointed. finally got to stop here..was in a hurry to an appointment so I had no time to correct their errors. I paid $16 for 2 drinks and one was supposed to be hot and they made it iced. gave us no straws. We wont be back. 😔

My wife and I went to the Java House booth at the Snap On 250 Milwaukee Mile. The staff was helpful and friendly. I had a decaf cold brew that was very good! I would have it again. My wife had a hydration drink that was good also.

Went to 2 locations; Washington St yesterday and New York St. today. Hands down the best Americano I’ve had from a coffee shop. I get it hot and plain, and the flavor is smooth and amazing. Purchased their boxed concentrate today. Both locations had 3 staff member, all of whom were friendly and conversational. And if you like baked goods, the cappuccino muffin was the best muffin ever, I wish I could replicate the taste and texture at home!!
