Went there at 6pm to sit down and have food. There was a sign on the door saying the dining room was closed and you could only use the drive thru.

I truly do not understand what young people are learning nowadays. I pull up to the drive-through, he couldn't hear me and confirmed that he was having a hard time hearing me. I said I'll just drive up to the window then and he said no it's harder to take an order at the window. OMG you've got to be kidding me. Generally when you drive up to a drive-through and they can't hear you they tell you to come up to the window so they can take your order. Jimmy John's Management take note.

This locations staff is weird, they don't seem too happy to be there, they have questioned my order and gotten it wrong several times. Love Jimmy John's but probably won't be back to this location

I love Jimmy John’s and eat there more than I would like to admit.

I was in town for a kid’s sporting tournament so I thought I’d grab a couple of sandwiches for dinner.

This location had two teenaged young men and a late 20s or early 30s man running the place. All of them were on their phones and struggled to greet me. I had ordered online so I guess they really didn’t need to. That wasn’t the biggest deal. I think we’re all used to it in general.

When I got back to the hotel, I was quite surprised to find that neither sandwich had any meat or cheese on it. Lettuce, onion, tomato, but no mayo. They were No 1 Little Johns which should have ham and provolone on them.

I rarely write bad reviews, but the combined experience encouraged me to leave a detailed review (which frankly, I’ve wasted enough time on).

There is another location 3 miles north of this one. Haven’t been there, but based upon my experience with Jimmy John’s, it must be infinitely better than this one.

Ordered a beach club with modifications. For delivery. Uber driver was great. But both sandwiches were disappointing. You can see the poor #12 lacking avocado, sprouts, meat, cheese, all the lovely things that usually come on it 😢 the country club made us sad also. It was a BOGO50. I wish more intention was put into getting those orders right…Im using a coupon yet tip delivery well (bc in this economy?) but then be disappointed over the food quality is just heartbreaking 💔

Jimmy Johns has an advertisement for free chips and a drink after 2 pm. So I decided to wait until 2 to get my lunch and went to this location and they said they would not honor it. Great way to treat you customers. IF you are gonna be a franchise owner then honor what the franchise is offering. I cater food for my employees every Saturday roughly about 45 people and spend about $500. I have been catering from this location for over 5 years. After today you will not be receiving any more catering orders from us. I ordered potbellys instead for this Saturday and any future jimmy johns catering orders will be done at another location not owned by this greedy individual who doesn't know how to run a business.

This is by far, the worst managed JJ's I've ever been to. Food is always good and what you would expect from JJ's, however, the past couple of times I've ordered through the app and selected drive-thru pickup have been the longest I've ever had to wait at any Jimmy John's. I slowly crawled through the drive-thru line for about 25 minutes.

This is unacceptable and you either need more workers in general, more highly-skilled sandwich makers to get the lines moving faster, or hire someone who is more suited to run this operation because the way it's being run now is not sustainable and I don't understand how it's still in business today.

Also, the staff over the intercom are always the most unprofessional workers I've ever listened to. They sound so disgusted with me every time I tell them I have a mobile order. Learn some proper etiquette or go find another job where you'll be happier. Life is short, don't spend months or years being unhappy at this establishment.
