Husband had toasted ultimate Italian 8inch for dinner and ended up with violent diarrhea the next morning for 8 hours im talking poop on his shoulders bad. They also forgot an item in our order the french breas that was supposed to feed our kids so that didn't happen ended up having to go back out and spend more money to feed them

So I called in my order at 12:06 pm in July 3 was. told it would be there in 15 min called back at around 30 min it’s on its way It took got my food finally Took a 56 min when I’m at work down the street Called again got a Hispanic lady that said she was a manager Gave me 3 different excuses said she refund my food to my cars and guess what still haven’t receive it Gave some time because of the holiday Time before I wasn’t happy it’s going down on the service

So visited there for the 3 rd time, I was highly disappointed. I ordered my usual little John Tom turkey it was insane. When I got the order home. They put two little pieces of turkey on it and called it a sandwich disgusted. I took the sandwich back up and the manager didn’t want to give me a refund so she said she’d make me another sandwich I asked her to open the first sandwich that was made previously to look at it and she refused to see how much turkey it actually had which was very little so they ended up charging me for another sandwich. I made a large sandwich which still didn’t have them. It’s turkey on it so we cut it in half and put the other half of the turkey on the turkey sandwich and ate that for dinner no more Jimmy John’s for me you disgust me, first sandwich shown in the picture is the little John. I’ll start eating at Jersey Mike’s where they put plenty of meat on their sandwiches. I’m so done with you.

I had a bad experience. Only one person at the front. People lined up. The young lady behind counter continued to take orders although no one was helping her. Stood there for about,15 minutes before another lady came out of the back and helped. I have always found Jimmy John's has had good service so I will probably go back.
