Placed an order for delivery. Never received my order and no matter how many times I called the number in my confirmation email I was unable to get ahold of anyone. They make it almost impossible to cancel an order.

I had a bad experience. Only one person at the front. People lined up. The young lady behind counter continued to take orders although no one was helping her. Stood there for about,15 minutes before another lady came out of the back and helped. I have always found Jimmy John's has had good service so I will probably go back.

I don't even want to give a star pass poor attitude from driver not to mention after reviewing my camera the driver blocked the parking spots in front of my retail location and I don't care about that I just want a little bit better customer
