How greedy of a franchise do you have to be to not do this promo it costs about 50 cent to produce a bag of chips that’s mostly air and it cost them around 25 cents to give me a free drink. I’m absolutely baffled that the owner at this location is this greedy. Next time I want jimmy John’s you best believe I’m going to a differnt location where customers satisfaction is more important then pocketing a extra few dollars.

Delivery from this location has been taking up to an hour the past few months. Last nights order was claimed to be delivered after 1.5 hours but was not delivered . Asked how quickly they could get new sandwiches out and was told I’d have to wait because they had other orders. They did refund my money, but this terrible customer service. I am assuming they have so much business at this location that they don’t care if they upset a few people.

Order online, no tracking number. After 2 hours of waiting for delivery someone finally answered at the store.. said he would send a new driver with delivery and refund my purchase. Nothing came. Now 10pm most places closed. No dinner tonight for us. Thanks jimmy johns

35 minute wait for an online order. Complete opposite of fast and convenient. Made me late for work because you can’t cancel an order after submitting anyways. If you’re going to come here I’d advise at having at least 25-30 min to wait

Every time I order from this store I have to call and check on it because 30+ minutes will go by and it still shows "order received". Typically when I call whoever I talk to acts like they don't know what's going on and say "Oh it'll be out shortly" when I then continue to wait for another 20+ minutes. I don't live far enough from this location for it to take this long each time. Additionally, I ask for mustard packets every time and never get them, and if I ask for extra meat it's typically not enough to be worth the additional $1.99 it costs.

It would behoove you to put someone with some personality who knows how to speak, say hello, and makes you feel welcome and appreciated versus some entitled high schooler who doesn't understand customer service. Even the kid who handed me my sandwich couldn't say anything at all. Do they hate their job? Sure seems like it, and I love your food, but seriously.
Everyone is so rude there and all the employees are mean except one cashier but I am not going here again. The management has been treating their employees poorly and I wouldn’t recommend going to this location.
Vegetarian options: Not good amount of options. They don’t have banana peppers and they don’t have a variety like jersey mikes
Wheelchair accessibility: They have no gluten free items and go to Jersey mikes. Better service there and they treat their employees better than this location.

I’ve ordered from this location 3 times in the last two weeks. Once in person and twice via the app. The first order in person, the cashier was less than pleasant then the order took quite some time to get, as they were filling online orders. If corrected this on the second two orders by using the app and my orders were ready and wasn’t when i arrived. Online is the way to go and most chains have this figured out well. Now to the sandwich….. i remember a time when ordering jimmy John’s and receiving a wonderfully fully packed with eat and an abundance of veggies. These three orders made me fall like i was at Chipotle. Maybe a slice and a half of meat. One tomato slice of normal size and then a nickel size “end” of the tomato. And so little lettuce i could see the bread through it. The price point is fine for a well made sandwich, but not what i received

Stopped here today for lunch. I love Jimmy Johns because no matter what location you go to you get the same great sandwich. I normally get The Pepe but today I tried the Chicken Cesar Wrap. The chicken on it was awesome! It had mini croutons on it which really added flavor and a nice texture. It was a great wrap but a little too garlicky for my liking. I would definitely order it again though with lighter dressing. If you like sweets I recommend the Confetti Cookie Sandwich. They are freaking amazing!!
