Oh Jimmy John’s in fishers you have turned my face sour for the last time.This is time number two that I ordered from you guys and I am not happy. Time number one my sandwich was wrong but it took so long I ate it. I even offered to come and get it after an hour and a half and was told it already left the store and then it took another hour to get to my house and I live 3 mins away!This time my sandwich was wrong AGAIN and the driver sat the freaking food on the floor. Our front door was open and I had just told my fiance to get up to grab the food. Mind you, I already tipped the driver 4.10 on a 20 check!Also, on your menu in store, the beach does not come with tomatoes but your website and in store sandwich makers say it does and no matter where I go y’all still put tomatoes on it unless I ask for you not to! Fix it! Total discrepancy!Btw I also still paid for my fiance sandwich because he didn’t have a problem eating porch food but I clearly did. I was also told when I called that I would have to wait 2 mins to talk to a manager after I saw my sandwich was wrong and it was put on the ground.For those asking, my order is simple…The beach cut in halfNo tomatoesExtra cucumberAdd onionAdd oregano and basilLight cheeseMy sandwich had regular amount of cheese which is four slices…too much for my stomach, no tomatoes, regular cucumbers, no onions, no seasoning….If I wanted to leave the house I would not have ordered carry out but I won’t order from here again!

By far the worst Jimmy John’s I’ve ever been to. The service couldn’t be worse. Doesn’t matter when you go, they are notoriously slow and unorganized. Nobody knows whose sandwich is what because they don’t take names so half the time people are standing around trying to figure out if the sandwich they just made is there’s. And don’t bother asking the people making the food cause they have no clue since there’s zero organization of how they take orders. Online ordering to beat the crowd? Don’t bother. I’ve tried that too. People who wait in line get there’s before you do. This place needs new management or something!

The team did a great job with our large catering order. Everything was ready to go and they did not miss a single item in our order. Kristine followed up with us afterwards to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Highly recommend and will use them in the future for our catering needs.

I love Jimmy John’s, their sandwiches are great and the service is fast and convenient.The only problem is this location is the complete opposite of that.Every time I order either delivery or pickup from this location my order is incorrect. And if it’s delivery it takes a minimum of 30 mins to get my order, despite the fact that I live close to the store.I ordered a #11 with no tomatoes. Apparently the employees there thought that meant to just put lettuce on bread and send it to me.I will never order from this store again.

Workers are more concerned of talking among themselves than actually taking orders correctly.Customers waiting before me seems confused since could harldy hear and understand the person stating the sandwich coming out of the assembly line.They all seem careless.Places is messy and do not even care to bag the food even when asked for a bag.

So, I very rarely write poor reviews (as you can see in my profile), but I’ve noticed such a change in this place over the years.Lived in Fishers for 20 years. Been going to this location since it opened.The last 6-12 months this is what I’ve noticed…-Prices keep going up. I get everything is becoming more expensive, but from a percentage standpoint, they’ve taken huge increases.-Portions keep going down. The last BLT I ordered, truly had to do a double take. Bread was very small, toppings were limited. It was noticeably 20-30% smaller than what the average used to be. You can’t cut portion size, then increase costs and expect to keep loyal customers.-Lettuce has gotten really bad. At times brown, and an odd taste. I’ve thought about just asking them to no longer put lettuce on my sandwich, but then it just gets even smaller.-Service is a lot slower. Never used to wait more than a minute or two for a sandwich. Waiting 5+ minutes now is common. I guess that wouldn’t be bad if the business hadn’t been built on speed and quality. The freaky fast has been absent for a long time now.Additionally, a lot of these workers look at you like a deer in headlights when you come to the register. Often times there’s very little speech directed towards you. The other night 5 people behind the counter and after 30 seconds they yelled at the guy sweeping the floor to come ring me up. Poor kid had very bad communication skills.Like I said, I don’t like to write negative reviews, but this location has gotten noticeably worse and worse. For the increased prices I expect more and for the time being will shift to Potbelly.Hopefully a manager is reading this and can turn it around. I’ll give it a try in a few months and see.

I had a catering order that was suppose to be ready at 10:30am, right when the store opened. When I arrived to pick up my order (that was called in days ago) it wasn’t ready. I waited 20 minutes in the store before my order was ready. I was in a time crunch because we needed the food for an event at 11. So I was late to the event. What is the point of calling and ordering ahead with a specified time if you aren’t going to follow it? Won’t be returning to this specific Jimmy John’s.

Used to be a great place but the last few times I’ve ordered they’ve literally forgotten 30 percent or more of the orders. I recommend goingInto the store and checking yourself. Avoid delivery because you most likely will be missing something. Food is good most of the time though.

Sandwiches were good and made quickly. Maybe a bit expensive for what it is, but much better than subway.Dietary restrictions: They offer the unwhich and that’s great for gluten free and also for low carb.Kid-friendliness: Good option for kids.
