I didn't have to ask for the salt! I had the tonokush black. It was perfect. We have been going on date night regular for ten years now and this is the top 1 or 2 restaurants we have ever been too. Especially for the food. If good food is vital to you this place will be a big treat for you. The place has a very unique concept. So fun, great food, atmosphere, and good service. What more do you need! Oh and my wife had the T. Red 5 spicy level. They go to 10. She loved it....

Really cute spot. Aesthetically pleasing af. Normally have social anxiety going out to eat on my own but was craving good ramen. Madison and Rue were very hospitable and walked me through the menu. Greatly appreciate it thank you.

Nina was literally the best waitress!!! Even though it was busy, she was very attentive and friendly. I love Jinya ramen so much, and I will be back again hopefully with Nina as my waitress again!
