My wife and I have noticed since Julie has started working at this location everything has improved. Her customer service skills are outstanding and she has a great attitude. The restaurant is clean, food is fresh and she makes sure that my order is correct and we have all of the utensils and condiments that we need. She always greets us with a big smile and a hello, we have been coming to the KFC for awhile now and the experience gets better every time. Thank you so much Julie for always making my wife and I feel welcomed and we will keep coming back just because of your great work.

My friend and I ordered the Mac and cheese and mashed potatoes last night and both ended up with food poisoning some how. Also terrible service.
i am very very upset i said multiple times i dont like the extra crispy and what did i get one extra crispy and one original. i will not be returning to KFC ever again.

I ordered a family meal and received the wrong sides. I also received very hard inedible wings. There was an obvious language barrier. After unloading 5 kids from the car and getting them situated in the house, I do not have the energy to go back there for them to correct the order. I am old enough to know that I should've checked my order before leaving so shame on me. Check your orders before leaving!

I’m not one to ever post reviews, especially with fast food establishments, you get what you pay for. That being said, we should have been able to at least eat our food. We hardly ever grab food out to eat for lunch but decided to today. Food shouldn’t be inedible during lunch time, maybe if we close to closing time sure. Spent about $30 for two meals and the chicken tenders had to have been refried 3x or kept under the warmer for hours. Slaw was sour. The only edible part of our meal was the mac and cheese. Really sucks to spend that much money on food you can’t even eat. 0/5 stars if that were possible. Dude on the drive thru was nice but spent $30 to still be hungry!
For delivery orders, it's over 50/50 something will be missing.

We ordered; for the last time; the 10 piece chicken only selection. It contained one breast; 3 thighs; 2 wings and 4 legs. All for the coupon discounted price of $18.00. Quality was average at best. Without the coupon this order would have been $11.00 more. KFC is now expensive and average. Not returning; sadly.

Food was quick. Outer edges of the chicken sandwich was getting hard. Almost couldn't eat it. Dining area was clean, outside was clean. Soda was very good. The new "nuggets" kinda seem a little wierd looking. Bathroom was dirty, full bin, no paper towel. I also got a Cole slaw side, they forgot to give utensils.
