Terrible Terrible Terrible. If your in your car and thinking about drive through somewhere skip this place if everywhere else on earth is closed eat your seat belt or the rubber off your steering wheel. Seriously avoid this place like the plague. Service was terrible and slow is giving to much credit. Sloths move faster than this place. And the food isn't fit for rats. Absolutely disgusting. Avoid avoid avoid. Negative 10 stars.

I have tried to get food from here.The last couple times every single time the chicken is gross.It's like not done or something.They do not answer the phone to get a remake or a refund.So what's the point of having a phone?Not really, sure is kind of annoying, though.Spending thirty to fifty dollars on food when you can't even enjoy it

I haven't had KFC in nearly a decade and after visiting this location, I am kicking myself! I don't know if it's just this location or if KFC has upped its game but everything was delicious! The chicken was super juicy, the biscuits were flaky and soft, and everything was still piping hot, even after a 15 minute drive home. The staff was friendly and seemed to enjoy working at this location. Everything was great!

Rarely do i have a good experience at KFC but I will say the last 3 times ive come here ordering for my team or personal craving im thankful im close to this spot.

Troy....I hope the team sees this to recognize this guy. My last 3 times ive seen an order wrong, taking too long, or an irate customer. Troy somehow handles this bs with a smile and keeps moving. Nothing more important than attitude and effort and its carrying this store from you

All three of the chicken tenders were not cooked fully. You can tell when you bite into chicken whether or not it's actually done. And it wasn't. The fries are lukewarm and seem like they've been sitting around for a while. The iced tea I had to ask three times for because it didn't come out with my order seems like it was brewed hot poured over ice and hand it to me lukewarm. I know we're not talking about gourmet food here, but this was the worst decision I could have made with my limited amount of time. And your staff need to be retrained because it seemed like no one knew what was going on

We went in there this evening for a chicken sandwich, we ordered and after 40 minutes we still didn’t have our 2 chicken sandwiches, asked for our money back and left. The kitchen floor was dirty and nasty which made us think we were glad we did not wait longer to eat ! Trash on the floor in the kitchen area and you could see the grease on the floor. From what we could see there was only 2 people working, and the guy cooking only spoke Spanish, not a lick of English.There were at least 10 other people waiting for their food that were there before we walked in. The most terrible place I have ever been in fishers for a chicken sandwich !

Online said they were open. Get there, all the lights on, the drive thru light on, and pull up and they say they are out of everything and they are closed! If you are open till midnight and it’s only 11pm, better close the store!

Stopped on my way home from work, not one car in the drive-through except me, and I thought it strange that they asked me to pull around and they would bring it out to me. But I did. After 20 minutes of sitting in the blazing 90° weather, I went in. My food was sitting on the counter, while every employee in the store.(There were six of them) was standing in the back talking. They looked at me and just continued to talk. I finally said does anyone work here, and then someone who approached and appeared to be Management, ask how she could help me, and when I explained what was going on, she let me know. She was not the manager of that store and was not working. I’m not sure what that had to do with it. So I then asked why they had me pull around, if they were just gonna forget about me. The guy from the drive-through was honest and said we have you pull around because it makes our times look good. 🧐 But it actually took 20 minutes, I just wasn’t sitting in the drive-through lane. This place is a joke, and the fact that it’s in fishers kind of blows my mind. But I guess that would explain Why at 5 PM there’s not one single Customer at the store.
The manager person who said she wasn’t working, did turn and say to me it’s not really that deep. I told her with managers like her , There was no wonder there’s no cars in the parking lot
