My experience at the Mundy Dr location was great!!! The food was hot for takeout, the order was correct, and the service was super nice! This will be my go-to location from now on because the Noblesville location is the worst! Thank you! The family was very happy!

Doors are always locked anymore. Pickup orders are never ready, even when the app says they are; told it's at the counter, but then told to go through the line at the drive-through, then asked to wait at the curb for even longer for luke-warm food. They seriously need adult supervision at this location.

The food was delicious, our order was accurate, the restaurant itself was very clean and the associates were friendly and efficient.

So used to be my favorite restaurant for a quick meal. Something happened maybe new management? Got a bucket of chicken deal with coupon. First they said it would have to be half and half because they were out of extra crispy and we said ok. Got home...its all original and no coating on anything. I think they took this chicken from the bottom of the barrel. Then our sides weren't even half full. They gave us 2 condiment packets for 4 biscuits. Bad, just bad...won't be back. Churches is closer.

Internet says open at 10, door says open at 10, lady inside says to go through drive-thru she's not unlocking the doors. As I'm in my car searching for another place that has macaroni and cheese for my kids before 11am someone else drives up and unlocks the doors at 10:40. The same lady from before comes out to motion that we can come in now. We just left, Popeyes is near and they're open at 10, for real, and have macaroni and cheese. What a waste.

Usually this KFC is consistent in good food quality. With today's order, the Mac and cheese I received had other random food bits in it and the noodles were definitely older under a fresh layer (picture attached). This bowl should've never been an option to serve, just based on the old noodles alone but it seems there was an attempt to cover up the older Mac and cheese underneath. Disappointed in the wasted money on this order.
