Just left the deli and the gentleman literally slicing meat behind the counter advised me they were closed. No closed sign up on the counter. Online hours say open until 8pm. This is after I stood there for 10 minutes without any greeting. A woman from the bakery came over to let him know he had a customer. Only to be told that they close at 715pm. Odd time to close. Frustrating.

I was there Thursday night (3/12/20) during the run on the store. Some shelves were bare; I understood this. The checkout lines were very long — only 2-lanes plus 4 self checkout. I had no objection to that. I waited almost 1/2 an hour in line before getting to the belt to unload.

Go to the store at 11 and we're stopped from coming in. A man says they are closing because they don't have help. This store has gone down hill. Shelves never stocked, few lanes open , no parking, carts are never available. What's going on?

I was so surprised at the rude behavior of 2 older women who worked today around noon. I have never spoken to an employee and they rebuke my comment on “glad there's lettuce again!” Harmless small talk. She told me I didn't know anything. She was shopping for click it. Ok. Then I do self checkout and walk past the lady to go and say thank you. Thinking back-I did everything. But whatever. She looked at me didn't say a word then told the guy behind me to have a great day. This was dec 6 at 12:30 pm. I won't come back and I am a regular customer. I'll pay more for better service elsewhere.

Do you really think re-modelling the current store is in everyone's best interest? The parking lot is too small and the store itself is too small, not to mention items are never in stock.

We not only love their Simple Truth Brand, but especially love this location because of the kind people! Their store is organized in a nice fashion that makes finding what you need simple. Favorite place to shop for groceries!

Came to Order a cake for pickup tomorrow and no one knows how to do It! More than enough people in the deli, you would think they would cross train their people to at least take orders and not loose customers...
