Pearls were basically raw, everything was out, worker was uninterested in his job and had horrible customer service skills. The matcha was okay, but tasted mostly of sweetener and you could barely taste the matcha. Overall a negative experience. I would 0 stars if given the opportunity.

Location is nice, inside is nice and clean. Drinks were pretty good as I was able to give my daughter a good Boba Tea for once. Reason for the mid star rating is because the staff. They're young, weren't personable, they seemed over their day already as it was only lunchtime lol. Get some happy young people in there and the place would be poppin.

Placed a mobile order for pick up at 2:57. Get there at 2:59 and told it was not ready yet. OK fine I can wait a little. Guy walks in at 3:05 and places a order and gets it at 310. Mine finally came at 3;15. So I guess ordering ahead doesn't make a difference.

Super cute place with excellent customer service! Very accommodating, all you have to do is ask! Also cheaper than most of the other places. Got strawberry with grape popping boba. Delicious 😋

Have visited a couple Boba Tea spots but this is by far one of the better ones. The menu has tons of different drinks from Smoothies to Milk Tea. You can add Poppers and or Jellies, drinks came out fast. Thank you.

We ordered water at 6pm and they said we would receive it at 6:50. Now it is 20.12 pm and I still have not received it. This is a very disappointing order. Do you think the food that took 2 hours to be delicious will be delicious?
Love the place. The Boba tea is great here, especially the Taro milk tea.

Brought friends here to get our normal boba orders we get from other restaurants and we all had to throw our drinks out because it was so gross. I tried giving it a second chance in hopes it was just a fluke, but it will still very gross. Not sure if it’s the tea, boba, or favoring that’s off there, but something isn’t right 🤢

Extremely long wait for milk tea that did not taste good, very artificial/chemical taste to rosehip milk tea. Noted that employees did not use soap to wash hands or cups. Lobby was also not clean.
