We ordered online here in Feb and March. Both orders had 4 items. The service was not very good, the pizzas were not very warm, and they didn't taste right. BUT WE JUST GOT AN ORDER OF 4 DIFFERENT PIZZA ITEMS LAST NIGHT AND EVERYTHING WAS WONDERFUL: HOT, FRESH, CHEESEY, JUST THE RIGHT AMOUNT OF SAUCE, DELICIOUS GARLIC HERB SEASONING WHERE IT BELONGED, READY RIGHT WHEN WE ARRIVED AND IN THE WARM PORTALS WAITING, PLUS A NICE FRIENDLY GREETING FROM THE MAN BEHIND THE COUNTER. AND IT APPEARED THAT A TIGHT SHIP WAS BEING RUN IN THE BACK. I'D NEVER SEEN IT LIKE THIS BEFORE! WELL DONE WHOMEVER MADE THE CHANGES AND DIFFERENCE!!

I called corporate they gave me another number to call. I called the other number and left 2 messages and the guys never called me back

Could not POSSIBLY imagine a worse experience….. twice in a row.Ordered at 6pm. Supposed to be ready by 657pm. Checked tracker showed pizza hadn’t been prepared at 715. Decided I’d go down there and see if the tracker was broken. It wasn’t. There were at least 20 people packed into the lobby looking for their pizza. Pizza portal was broken. Last time I placed a delivery order and it never showed up. Door dash refunded my money. I doubt I’ll get the same from little siezures.Will never, ever, ever visit this terrible excuse for a restaurant.

The young guy up front had no clue what he was doing and wasn’t talking to anyone, just walking around confused. Opened several pizza boxes multiple times because he could not remember what was what. Pizzas were not being put into the warmers. Everything was just extremely disorganized. We ordered our food at 7:18pm and did not receive our food until 8:32pm. Pizza was cold. Several people standing inside that had also been waiting for a long time and having the same issue. If I could give this location 0 stars I would. I would also recommend maybe having more than 3 people working on a Saturday night.

Guess I learned my lesson for coming here trying to give them more and more chances. The last straw was me spending money on a pizza that I never got. Ordered a pizza and wondered why the app didn't say it was ready yet (over an hour since ordering) so I went to the store to see if maybe it was already made. Sure enough the place was literally full of other people waiting on their orders, with people waiting outside in their cars as well. Since it was getting close to closing time at this point, they decided they'll just close before making the food I paid for. Not sure if others got their food or not, but in my book this is a scam, due to laziness, incompetence, and carelessness.Never did get my money back. But they won't ever get any more, not this location, or any location.

If you're looking for a tasteful laxative then this is the place for you. The pizza taste good but just beware it follows up with spending time on your American standard. I ate here a month ago and got really sick to where I put my local Meijer's restroom out of business. I believe in second chances, but boy should I have known better to do that. Got another pizza tonight, I'm having a second date with American standard after the first date didn't go well. I don't know if they're sprinkling laxatives as toppings or it's just straight food poisoning. This is not coincidental this has happened twice. I'm going to now have to replace my home toilet.
