I love their pizza and hoggies! Their meat lovers and double pepperoni are crazy good. We bought 3 extra large and one medium pizza's for 10 people and everyone had more than enough and we snacked in the last 2 all day long. They never got old, greasy or stale tasting.

I’ve always liked this location but lately customer service has been very disappointing. I understand everyone is struggling with labor and supply shortages but customers are still paying full price. I was the second person in line, there were two associates at the front desk but they were very flustered and at one point three associates were assisting one client. Finally, it was my turn. Initially I was handed an incomplete order, I had to point that out. I had ordered and paid for a family sized salad but was handed an individual salad. There were about 10 people behind me and I had been waiting for 15-20 minute already so I just grabbed my order and left. I wrote to Marco’s on twitter, they sent me a link to fill out some form so they can correct the issue. I filled out the form knowing there will be no resolution because I have filled one of those in the past but no one followed up. So don’t get your hopes up if they send you a link to a feedback form.

Called this store and they refused to deliver less than 7 miles from their store saying that I'm outside their delivery area but said to call another store more than 13 miles. No way does that make any sense but yet this is what I was told. They are physically the closest store to me.

I can't tell you if the pizza was good because I didn't get any. I sent in an order for 7pm several hours ahead of time. When I got to the location at 7pm, I had to wait twenty minutes just for someone to tell me that they weren't sure if they even started making my pizza. At least they were able to refund me so I could go somewhere else. I value my time too much, so I won't go back.

Received NO/poor service this evening. Drove to pick up my uber eats order well after the pickup time and they said they can't find a tablet to see there pickup orders and didn't have any information on my order. I asked for the order to be made and delivered as I needed to be home and they said no. They wanted me to come back or wait for the order to be made. I was only asking for you to fix your mistake in a reasonable way.

For some strange reason my family orders pizza from Marco's. Some 14 year old takes my order and every other time either the order is messed up or they deliver it to another address.
Pizza is not better than a frozen pizza. The $8 dollar salad that supposedly feeds 2 was tiny...a very small plastic container barely filled. Spent $45 for a pizza, bread sticks, and a salad....it all tasted like gas station food...definitely not worth the cost.

Usually order from marcos on Pendleton pike, but it was like an hour wait. So i ordered from here and decided to drive up.My initial thought was that i was ordering from the location in downtown fishers, but it turns out that location was closed. And my phone died in the process so I couldn't confirm the location. Finally confirmed the location, but by now my pizza had been sitting for 20 minutes. On the way we called and explained the situation and asked them to remake the pizzas which they obliged.
