I take anywhere from 6-12 kids every Sunday after church to this location off 116th in fishers. I won’t go anywhere else because they all work so hard and don’t give us a hard time for having so many people in our group. They go above and beyond. They work hard and blame themselves if something is wrong. I wish I had the woman’s name up front who is so good at her job!

This McAlister's has been around for a long time and it's easy to see why. I've never had a bad experience here. My go-to is the McAlister's Club, potato salad, and a sweet tea. Sitting on the porch in the summer just adds to the experience. I will continue to return here.

There's more on the same shift, but sorry I can't remember all your names! You all make my day every time I see you. In terms of friendliness and team camaraderie, this Fishers location probably has the best and most cohesive team. Awesome customer service, always eager to get to know the customers, they work quickly and accurately, and you always leave happier than when you went in. Other locations, take note! Corporate also needs to take note of the great things they're doing here and approve more raises and bonuses at this location. God bless you all!

McAlister's Deli is wonderful! They have delicious and healthy sandwiches, salads made with clean and fresh vegetables, the best spuds you'll ever eat, and best of all, McAlister's Famous Tea!!! 🍵 The sandwiches and salads are at the same price point as that of Panera Bread, and it's apparent that McAlister's Deli is a competitor to Panera. But what sets McAllister's Deli apart in the higher-end sandwich and salad industry is McAlister's Famous Tea! 🍵
The tea is an experience. Make sure to fill your cup to the brim with ice, because McAlister's Deli brews its tea strong and hot. The tea is a perfect combination of flavors, from the earthy bitterness from the premium black tea leaves, balanced by the zing of freshly squeezed lemon! To top it off, add a couple shots of real fruit puree! The best combination is the peach tea. 🍑 🍵 Recommendation: Add two or three pumps of peach puree 🍑 to a glass of unsweetened tea 🍵, and squeeze in two or three slices of lemon. 🍋 The result is perfection! Like a hug in a glass, just the right amount of fruity sweetness, and an excellent source of vitamin C! 🍋

Parking: The plaza is pretty packed during business hours, but you can usually get a good parking spot as long as it's not during the lunch or dinner rush. Parking is free, thankfully. Rest assured, McAlister's Deli does not try to profit off of a piece of asphalt.
Kid-friendliness: With a wonderful kids menu that includes sandwiches, salads, and spuds, what's not to love for your kiddos here! Regarding the delicious tea, though, just make sure to refrain from giving kiddos too much caffeine.
