my sandwich was burnt (i sent a pic to them) and when i left a complaint via email they said they’d send me a reward and never did. i followed up again and they never replied. makes me not want to return here again. disappointed because i like this place in general.

It is a shame that McAlisters will throw away tea at the end of the night but will not give you any refills if you leave the store, even if you have a tea pass! How greedy and stingy!! Ugh! 😡 I leave the store because I do not like crowds or noisy environments. The music is loud as well!

I have to say, where was this place in my life? My first time going to this place and I can no longer go to Subway for cheap sandwiches anymore.

I take anywhere from 6-12 kids every Sunday after church to this location off 116th in fishers. I won’t go anywhere else because they all work so hard and don’t give us a hard time for having so many people in our group. They go above and beyond. They work hard and blame themselves if something is wrong. I wish I had the woman’s name up front who is so good at her job!
