I've yet to get an online order that matches what I ordered. Every time they leave something out or make it wrong. Do they not have someone who checks the orders before they go out?? Avoid this location at all costs.

First time we have ever been in a drive thru and the guy at the window just hung out chatting up a girl for 4 minutes. She wasn't waiting for an order because when they were done, she just drove offCars behind us waiting for their orders...bizarre

I've went to this McDonald's 3 times and every time I'm wait atleast 10 minutes for my food that I ordered ahead in the app one time they had given my food to someone else which made me miss my lunch break. And then you guys think you're slick by having cars pull ahead so your drive thru times are good but we the consumer are still averaging a 5 - 10 minute wait unbelievable.

When I order something I want to get it, especially when I pay with MY money that I gave them…but no. Many times I have came here and almost ever time they have forget more then HALF the meal. Now if this was a one time thing I would not be mad but over 6 times is too much. And many times I have went up to get the food I PAYED FOR I got attitude and eye rolls. Don’t go here unless you like getting less than what you pay for. 1/5

Drive thru menu board half side light not working could only see meal deals (minus 1 star). Ordered by meal number but was delivered missing fries (minus 1 star). We had 2 meal deals and then order filled with no fry. When we asked, was brought out 1 fry not 2. Minus 1 star. Somehow us ordering by meal number the receipt only had sandwiches and drinks no fries? Could be a software or order taker issue. Drive thru order pickup person was cordial and polite, did not argue when I asked where the fries were plus 1 star. Net 3 stars.

Put in a mobile order today, 12/24, at 815pm and it was accept by the restaurant. I went to pick up the order and the restaurant was closed. It had closed at 8 pm. I called the restaurant and a young man answered and was quite condescending and all he would say was “call the owner and cancel the order in the app”. It’s not upsetting that they closed early, it’s frustrating that the order was accepted after the time they closed and the employee was rude on the phone. We’ve never had great service here (employees are always abrasive and off putting) but it’s a few minutes from us and an easy option sometimes. This will be the last time we visit this store, we’ll just drive a few more minutes up to 96th st
