I'm so shocked at how bad the service is at this McDonald's. The pregnant lady they had working the drive thru window on Monday 10/14/2024 in the morning around 9:30-10am had the worst attitude ever. I feel bad for her bc it must suck being pregnant and working at McDonald's I guess, but there's no reason why she was so upset at me. I could barely understand what she was saying bc she talked so soft; I didn't know she wanted me to pull to another space bc I could barely hear her. When she handed me my drink, and I didn't move, she opened the window and got really crappy with me. I speak Spanish fluently bc I could hear the other women preparing the food talking about how "don't worry, it's right here," therefore, I started talking to her in spanish and apologized for angering her so much. She rolled her eyes so much, I don't know how they didn't fall out her head! Before I pulled off, I noticed not all my food was in the bag so I went inside. While I was inside there were other people missing food also. 2 girls actually had to drive back for their food. A man was waiting for his food and couldn't hear what the number was when they threw it to the front. I told one of the people working there that the girl at the window has an attitude problem and probably shouldn't have her working the window like that. I get it. Work isn't fun, but there's no reason to be so hateful to people that are buying food at this location. This location needs to get it together. I don't know who manages it, but they aren't doing even close to a good job which is weird bc it's a nice area. I won't be back.

Came here for a quick meal and got the wrong McFlurry and got charged for a large as opposed to a small and got the wrong flavor.
When I brought this to their attention the manager took my card somewhere that I could not see for over 5 min. This made me very uncomfortable since I donât know where she went.
Iâm writing this review and a preface if I were to find any random/ suspicious transactions on my card (God forbid of course).
10/12/2024 Update: Do NOT go to this McDonaldâs and let them walk away with your card. I locked my card immediately, and found two attempted (but declined) transactions from âBOFA CHARLOTTE USâ an ATM in North Carolina. Iâve never been to Charlotte and this is Fishers Indiana! After contacting my bank this is in fact an attempted withdrawal!!! WHAT and HOW!??
I now have to get a NEW CARD and I will be contacting the authorities.

This McDonald's is going further downhill with each visit. It's very sad to see their service so poor nowadays. It's awful.
Vegetarian options: Nothing with lettuce is fresh, it is all wilted and probably should have been thrown out 2 days ago!!!
