Did not have a great experience with McDonald’s today. I picked up a group of mobile orders for my office. One drink I did not receive and had to return for, but the staff took a while, questioning me and asking to see my receipt after I had been hold up my phone phone with it. They said they could no longer find the ordered on their end. Like, just please give me the drink so I can get back to work. My coworker who ordered the beverage said is was nasty. It was very milked down. Also later when I opened up the apple pie I had bought myself, I found some hair cooked into it as shown on the pictures.

Went for a Coke Zero and it came out fast and everything was normal for a McDonald's. Will be back!

BEWARE do not use a gift card at this location! I paid with a gift card and the cashier swapped my card (that had a balance on it) and gave me an identical looking card that had zero balance on it. I didn't realize it had been swapped with a different card until I got home and checked my balance on the card. I called and spoke with two managers who couldn't have been less helpful. I never got my money back from the gift card that they stole from me!

Poor management employees don't talk English don't understand what you're saying look at you like you're from another country if you get your order wrong and you try to explain it to him they will get mad because they can't speak your language and confront you like they want to fight after they get mad I've had this happen to me several times ask for the manager and a gentleman name Roberto stood at the window and stirred me down and start throwing his hands up and waving them I had already got my order so I just pulled off because I didn't understand what he was saying

I had a difficult request and Adrian was very patient and helped me out big time. The employees at this location all seemed agreeable and nice as well as being on top of things. Very pleasant experience and Adrian sure made my day. It's a shame not all McDonald's employees are as awesome as Adrian. They also had the most complete set of Yugioh Hello Kitty happy meal toys left. Blue Eyes White Dragon, Dark Magician, Exodia, Kuriboh, Slifer The Sky Dragon, Winged Dragon of Ra. They unfortunately did not have a Dark Magician, which is the only one I am still missing.
