I am not a person who eats at McDonald’s, but on Thanksgiving day, there was limited places for us to choose from and so with help from another adult family member, I placed an order through the McDonalds app everything process went through as it should. I got the notification everything was ready for pick up. I arrive at the location just to be told they are closing within 10 minutes and they cannot fulfill my order because they’re not doing lunch and my entire order was lunch items so then I asked them. Why did everything go through verify take my payment so if you’re not able to give me my food items I’m going to need a refund. and they said they cannot give me a refund so I had to call the police and explain things I still ended up leaving without the food nor any refund back to me as they tell me in the cops that I have to call the specific number for which I have been calling ever since to get my refund and only getting disrespected the runaround and even disrespected by the Manager awhile on call with Dispatch regarding this matter, the manager Esteban is speaking disrespectful in Spanish about me and my son But what he doesn’t know I’m fluent in Spanish and I did hear and understand what they were saying. I just didn’t say anything stayed on the call with the dispatch until the police arrive but again I have not yet received a refund nor the food that they charged me for. I’ve been calling since corporate office, not the store and now I am being harassed by a female manager name Tamika, who continuously calls my phone being disrespectful and rude. and refusing again to give me my refund, she tells me that at this point I’m harassing, but I’ve never been back to the restaurant. We called their store once I’ve only been calling corporate trying to get my refund. She makes false statements when she’s the one calling my phone continuously even leaving one voicemail today for me to call them back, but I did not. I didn’t bother to answer her call until after she had already called 3 to 4 times back to back. She was downright very nasty. He denied me the refund. Tell me I was barred from the McDonald’s as if I’ve done something wrong. I don’t care I could show my bank statements and things I don’t eat at McDonald’s disgusting food. I simply went there because the options were limited for Thanksgiving day before everything closed so if you visit the store, make sure you get your receipt. Make sure you get your food. If not, call the police. I’ll file a report. Do whatever you gotta do to get your money back and also I recommend you reporting in communication with any other managers, they’re dishonest their thieves and they were harass you but turn things and say that the customers harassing them, but they can’t play that with me because I recorded everything from the start of all these issues so I hope I see this message and know that I am still waiting on my refund and I fully expect to get my refund and you don’t need to worry about borrowing me I’m not a confrontational person, but I don’t have any intentions in visiting any McDonald’s the most disgusting restaurant if I don’t have my money in a week, I will be calling back the police. I’ve been more than patient with cooperate waiting to get my refund but still to this day I have not gotten it I will give it another week if I don’t have it I’m going to follow a police report again. This is theft if you go to any establishment and you purchase food or go to buy something you expect to get the merchandise and if they cannot produce it then I need to give you a refund, but this has not been the case with my experience. I placed the order through the McDonald’s app, and it was not given any of my food nor a refund. stay away from the Manager, Esteban and Tamika. They are very dishonest people and very rude.

My food came out looking like it had been on a long emotional journey. The fries were so cold I’m convinced they were stored in Antarctica, and the burger looked like someone assembled it while actively trying to miss every ingredient.

But the assistant manager? Oh, she turned the whole experience into a comedy special.

Her attitude was so aggressive that the air around her felt hostile. I approached her with a normal, polite question, and she acted like I had asked her to donate a kidney on the spot. The eye roll she threw wasn’t just disrespectful — it was a full athletic performance. That thing had hang time.

The way she “assisted” customers? Let’s just say she operates on a strict policy of:
“I don’t care, I won’t care, and I refuse to pretend I care.”

She spoke to me with the exact energy of someone who thinks customer service is a personal insult. Honestly, I’ve met malfunctioning self-checkout machines with more warmth, manners, and problem-solving skills.

I didn’t feel like a customer — I felt like an inconvenience she regretted not avoiding.

This location is not a restaurant; it’s a warning label. Everything about it screams:
“Turn around before your day gets worse.”

If you enjoy cold food, slow service, and being treated like you wandered into someone’s villain origin story, this is the place for you.
Everyone else? Spare yourself. Eat at home. Eat nothing. You will be happier.

The service is usually fine, and the food is consistent, but this practice leaves a bad taste. If you go, make sure to double-check your receipt and confirm they applied the best price.

I usually don’t have issues with this location, but I placed a breakfast order online at 10:55 when I got there shortly after 11 they said they didn’t make it because I was not at the store at 11. Very disappointing.

Bad all the time. Service a food. But hey, at least it’s consistent. Placed a mobile order for a large #7 extra pickle, and somehow they mistakenly gave me 2 plain hamburgers with a medium fri. Stop hiring children hire people who will do their job.
