McDonald’s is convenient, and the food is what you’d expect, but their pricing tactics can be frustrating. If you don’t specifically ask for value pricing, they’ll automatically ring up the higher-priced items. It feels like a bait-and-switch—advertising deals but not applying them unless you know to ask. The service is usually fine, and the food is consistent, but this practice leaves a bad taste. If you go, make sure to double-check your receipt and confirm they applied the best price.

I usually don’t have issues with this location, but I placed a breakfast order online at 10:55 when I got there shortly after 11 they said they didn’t make it because I was not at the store at 11. Very disappointing.

Bad all the time. Service a food. But hey, at least it’s consistent. Placed a mobile order for a large #7 extra pickle, and somehow they mistakenly gave me 2 plain hamburgers with a medium fri. Stop hiring children hire people who will do their job.

I ordered on the app and was charged, when pulling through drive through to get my order an asshole prevented me from being able to pick up my order. Awful service and awful treatment. Dont go here

This USED to be a good place..now it's ghetto af. Don't eat here. You would be better off eating road kill. Side note: they don't have mcrib,even tho it's advertised till Jan 28.

Placed a mobile order curbside pickup and had to wait 15 minutes before I had to call the store to bring the food out to me. When I asked politely if the food was fresh or cold the women proceeded to have an attitude insisting the food was fresh. Sandwich was the nuggets and fries were not. Sadly will not be coming back after years of coming by given it is near my job.

Went to the McDonald's ordered. A number 4 a with a sweet tea, which is a Meal. by the time we looked in our bag, we had a sandwich and a drink, and no fries. went inside and they refused to give us French fries saying that that is not a meal. It is only the sandwich. I paid $8.78 plus 1.70 for the drink that how you make money by ripping your customers off. She was very rude all over $2.00 Of French fries for the 2 meals made no attempt to make me happy to get a customer to come back. Thank the Lord I don't live in the area and I will never have to go back to that McDonald's again. I have reported this store to McDonald's corporation, hopefully, they will do something about this horrible horrible McDonald's. they only have a 47 % rating on the app

Manager is very rude to customers and his own staff. I witnessed a customer ask to place an order. He continued to disregard her and tell her to wait. It took much longer than it should’ve considering that it was not busy at this time. Manager was rude during the time of waiting. Another worker came and politely helped the customer. Customer was very satisfied with the worker giving her compliments and even a tip. Manager was rude to the worker when the customer left. Worker told manager that it was correct to help the lady and be polite. I agree as well. Change managers…

absolutely pathetic!!!! you stand at a counter now and no one acknowledges you or looks at you or tries to help you at all. While they're trying to teach each other how to speak English and dropping food and products all over the floor you can't get any service anymore. I am REALLY sick and tired of it!!! 7:30 PM December 3.

This location has went down hill but what can I expect it is McDonald's. Food was very cold when I went at start of lunchtime. Not sure why I had to wait 10 minutes for my order if the food wasn't going to be fresh. Never going back to any McDonald's again.

Coffe tasted like sugar water how hard is it to make coffe? worst spot to get food early in the morning because the manager that's there has an attitude when you ask for thing like ketchup. My order got messed up the app and I went inside it it seemed like the dude didn't want to do his job lazy people.

Ordered via mobile app, they said they didn't have what we ordered and that they couldn't replace it and that we had to take it up with customer service. When a restaurant doesn't have something, they shouldn't make it available to order or be told 'it's your problem, figure it out'.
