This location keeps getting the food wrong or not giving the right food on top of that they give wrong drinks and are rude all the time just plain disrespectful I will drive as far as I need to to avoid this location and everyone should do the same

Quality of the food wasn't good went through drive-thru they forgot an item I came back they refused to remake the order just replace what they didn't give me and they were advertising the McRib sandwich in their windows that's why I went there and then when I went to order they say we don't have it so why would you advertise something if you don't have it

This is the second time I've ordered from the app and even clocked that I was there when I was 5 minutes away. I got in the drive through line and gave them to order number and sure enough like clockwork they still didn't have the order ready. Terribly managed. Oh yeah and my order was just an egg McMuffin.

I went through the drive-thru, there isn’t much atmosphere there. The food is usually so-so, it’s fast food what I can eat there, you go for the convenience. I was craving French fries so I went. The employees were friendly though!
Dietary restrictions: I don’t typically eat food I don’t prepare myself, once in a while I have a craving for French fries and I will splurge.
It’s a McDonald’s. It has good food and service. Feel like that’s what you can want nowadays from a restaurant. I also like that McDonald’s is consistent.

Ordered through mobile app for curbside. Waited over 15 min while people were getting food from inside and drive thru after I had placed order. Had to go inside and manager and employees ignored me had to ask if anyone was working the front which got their attn. My food had been sitting there the whole time. I asked if was fresh cause didn't want vold food, couldn't get response...food was Cold! Avoid this Mcdonalds!

I don’t recommend going to this McDonald’s at all, I ordered food off of the McDonald’s app at 12:10am, and it allowed me to order on the app, and on the app and online it said they did not close until 1 AM. There were other people there picking up DoorDash orders, and when the worker came to the window, he pretended like he could not speak English and tried to tell me that the store was closed and that I could not get my food or my money back. When I asked for the manager, he proceeded to get another non-speaking English Hispanic to come to the window, which then she got the manager for me. When the manager came to the window, he said there was nothing that they could do for us. When we asked for the money back he said that we would have to call the customer service number for the McDonald’s app because they do not have control over the hours that they put on the app and he said that he could not refund us the money or give us the food even though they were still cooking food for DoorDash and giving out DoorDash orders . Attached is a photo of my order showing that I did pay for it and showing the time that I ordered. This is very unprofessional and I would not recommend coming to this McDonald’s. When I tried to call the customer service number it said that they were not open until the next day. If I could leave a 0 star I would.
