Everything here is TOP NOTCH... the Matcha milk tea was delicious, and the Nutella Cream Balls have that PERFECT sticky, chewiness! Maybe Im fat but these dont taste like much. I got the snickers, boston cream, and strawberry lemonade.Ill stick to pana donuts or parlor.3 for $10.I do want to try the corndogs though.

Prices are so high for the liltle poor appetizers is like literally buy tree meals at chicken fillet is $37.00 here these place 2 appetizers and two drinks and 3 doughnuts for 37.00 too much charge

I waited in the store for about 10 minutes before the kid behind the counter acknowledged I even existed and then asked what I was waiting for, I was waiting for him to take my order and he instructed me to use a kiosk I told him I did not want to use a kiosk and he said well our credit card readers down, so I left. I don't have to give you my money and nobody is obligated to so I just took it to parlor donuts which is better quality and I don't have to use a kiosk to order. It's worth noting they acknowledged my existence the moment I walked in the door. I spent $118 in one visit getting items for a party. This is what happens when you ignore paying customers and refuse to fix your technology and push it off to the customer to deal with. I will not be back.

The customer service was phenomenal and each order was clearly packed with the utmost care! The gentleman that helped us explained to us how they were different from regular donuts. I saw that another reviewer said they seemed stale, I expect this was because they were expecting regular donuts. They are made with rice flour so they are slightly crisp on the outside and then fluffy inside. The closest thing I can compare the texture to is maybe like a churro or a funnel cake. We tried one of each flavor available and they were all delicious! The worker also made sure to point out any potential allergens without me asking, which I thought was very thoughtful and kind. We will definitely be back!
