My iced carmel mocchiato was very bad, tasted of old brewed coffee and way artificial sweetners and packets of sugar.
Staff member was not welcoming and wasn't helpful when needing choices that were dairy free.

The chai was really good. The atmosphere was really cool. Great place to spend a couple hours working or chatting with a friend. Didn’t see any pastries labeled vegan, but I didn’t ask either.

I had a wonderful first time! The almond croissant was delicious. I drink just standard black coffee, so I did not know what to expect. But it was robust and smooth. The staff was very personable and helpful in my selections. Plus, the environment was very welcoming and warm in this cold weather. I will definitely visit this location again and try out the other locations they have in and around Indianapolis.

Best chai in the Indy area and good baked goods. Chai is spicy but not cloyingly sweet like most other coffee places.

This is my favorite coffee place, and I always enjoy going there. However, they haven’t learned to have enough staff, which makes the lines unacceptably long. I would love to walk in and get my coffee to start my day like I used to. On busy days, they only have one worker available. Please consider hiring someone to improve efficiency and make better use of our time.

AMAZING!!!!!!!!! Coffee is delicious and service is amazing. The barista working ( Jurnee) was very kind and attentive and clearly hardworking! I had a great time :D

Love this place. Great coffee and snacks. Wonderfully zen atmosphere. Has a variety of areas to sit and relax alone or with friends. Staff is super friendly, efficient, and kind. Cost is comparable to competitors, but a better experience. :) Highly recommend.
Parking: Lots of parking. Always a spot. Wheelchair accessible.
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible parking and sidewalk ramps. Doors are manual to open but easy to navigate and get in and out as nothing is blocking the way, and handles are a good height.

Jeff was so nice to my kids and super helpful with suggestions. I ended up going with the Biscoff Iced Latte with cold foam and it was so delicious. One of the best coffee drinks I have ever had.
