Fantastic smashburgers made just the way I like them. Nice crispy edges on the patties and cold veggies to top. Fries are crinkly cut garbage but I'm there for the burger anyway and it's delicious. The double cheeseburger is where it's at.

I hate to do this because I like this place. Ordered on the iPad, zero interaction, didn’t tip because I didn’t have any service given, then was served a burnt, PAPER thin burnt double burger. Not only was the bun burnt, the patties were literally paper thin and legitimately burnt. I know what a smash burger is, they’re my favorite if done right. This one was terrible.I hate to say it, but felt it was because I didn’t tip. I’ll go somewhere else from now on….

Burger wasn't smashed, lightly pressed maybe. Raw onion on an Oklahoma Onion burger? No.Don't waste your time if you're a smash burger person, Beast is the best in the state and no others are close.

My husband had a “Build your own “ hamburger and it was DELICIOUS! Definitely one of the best burgers I have ever had, you can taste the quality of the ingredients, how they melt in your mouth. I always have complaints about the bread on sandwiches but one trick pony has the best bread I’ve ever had on a burger.

Easy online ordering, fast preparation and delicious comfort food. Nice footprint and lots of parking. No one at pick up window. Expensive prices. Did not remove requested toppings. Server did not speak english.

I like my fries hot and these seemed like they were left out too long. Not sure if it was because I didnt receive any notification that my order was ready and it was left out too long or if it is their process that results in slightly less than fresh hot fries. I like Steak and Shake’s burgers and fries more to be honest.
Staff had no idea when asked about menu items, especially the Vegan burger. Didn't know what it was, but only that it came "in a box"!?!

Went here when it originally opened, decided to go back for lunch yesterday. WHAT A DIFFERENCE. The food was...ok...the service was alright I guess? The automated system is not good, it's easier to order from your phone. What was the biggest disappointment I think (other than all the gnats at the pickup counter) was the bacon. It used to be amazing but it tasted like reheated grocery store garbage. I'm not sure what's going on at the Test kitchen in general, but all 3 stalls looked depressing.

You have to place the tip when you order. Then they screw up your order and you can't change it. Don't tip from the app. Also mediocre food at a premium price. Onion rings were cold.
Decided to try and WOW. Delicious. We had delivery and it too was fast and friendly. Ordered a cheeseburger, fries with cheese, onion rings and tacos. Prices are reasonable and a value for the flavor.
Excellent burger!! Very tasty!!
Burger was really good. Fries weren't cooked all the way. Too expensive and thr automated ordering experience is LESS than favorable
