We sat in a booth, springs need to be replaced. They had burned the biscuits and cut the bottoms off of them. So they were way overdone. Two of us ordered water which were small cups. We had to constantly try and flag down our waitress to get them refilled. I personally like to salt my own meal. My potatoes were way too salty. Food is usually better than this. Will try again.

I started going to Original Pancake house in 1970's in Illinois. Then in Arizona, California, and been to this one in Fishers a few times with family that lives here. Everything was great except your padded seats aren't padded anymore. They are all springs and very, very uncomfortable. I know everything is expensive now, but I am serious when I say my husband moved a bit and you could hear the spring make that cartoon "Boing:" noise. It was loud. Everything else is good and great as usual. I do love Original...always have, always will.

I love this place the portions are huge, the kids plate looked like a regular size plate but half the price.

Sure has gone down hill turn on prices increased the quality of food has diminished greatly in the so-called services like some madcap adventure. Nobody knows who's doing what. The hostess was rude, just walked over to the table put the menus down no greeting

The general manager here is top notch. This place is lucky to have him. He has class and an outstanding.work ethic.
Everything was good! The server also good and the other staff as well. I like bacon so crispy! Definitely back!

Rushed out even though there was no line and 2 hours to close, there was house flies that made it uncomfortable to eat

Breakfast sausage was fair to poor quality. Egg breakfast did not include toast. Pancakes were small. No additional napkins were offered. My wife described her breakfast bowl as frozen items heated and thrown in a bowl. The biscuit was poor quality and dry. Prices were definitely high for the overall quality received.

The place is nice and clean. Our server wasn’t attentive at all. She only checked on us once and it was for coffee. The food tasted bad like the ingredients were funky or used a bad oil or something. Our server never asked us how is everything. All of that for over $50? Terrible.

The first and last time I will EVER go to this establishment. My great aunt decided to treat me and my daughter to one of her favorite brunch places. First off the prices were really unreasonable for what’s offered, first red flag. I won’t be returning after finding a piece of HAIR in my food 🤢 They offered to remake the food, did not apologize, and when I asked to speak with a manager she was super nonchalant as if it was no big deal 😒 I told her I never got an apology and had to give my crying toddlers food back because let’s be real here who has an appetite after finding hair in their food… I looked over at the employees who were all sitting together just chilling and told the manager the hair that was in my food could’ve came from any of the ladies that were congregating around the kitchen area since nobody had a net but everybody had loose hair smh FIRST and LAST!!!

We were just passing through, but would drive all the way back. Best gluten free pancakes I've had and the cherry sauce was mouth wateringly delicious. My husband had the sweet pepper omelette that was slathered in delicious salsa and more sour cream than he could eat- it was so good! The coffee was great and our server was a hoot! We'd go back just to visit her again! Two thumbs way up from both of us!
