If you’re in Fishers, you have to stop by Pancho’s on 96th. Their tripe tacos are hands down the best in the entire state — perfectly crispy, full of flavor, and made just the way authentic tripe tacos should be.

Another must-try is their pita shrimp. The shrimp is seasoned perfectly, juicy, and served in a way that you won’t find anywhere else. It’s one of their standout dishes.

Great service, great flavor, and truly unique options you won’t get at other places.
Pancho’s is a top spot and absolutely worth the visit.

A bit run down, but food was good. We didn't realize the new location was open so would be interested to try the new location.

Stopped in for lunch on Friday and came back later for carryout queso and guacamole. Ordered three steak tacos for lunch. The tacos were simply two corn tortillas with seasoned meat, all of the fixings available at the salsa bar. The tacos were piled with meat. The steak was very tender. They were terrific, but unfortunately, I overdid it with the red tomatillo, and it overpowered the tacos. I'll step down to the green tomatillo salsa next time. Pancho's is very clean, the salsa bar was fresh, the service was great.
I went back later to pick up chips, queso and guac for a friend. The friend is a foodie who doesn't dish out easy praise. She said the guacamole was the best she's had. She also liked the queso but didn't score it as high as the 'best ever' guac.
Going back today to try the carnitas and excited to try the mole enchiladas and the pazole at some point. I highly recommend Pancho's.

I just spent $14 on two shrimp tacos and added beans and rice. I actually only wanted beans but I got both and they were absolutely disgusting I can't believe I spent $14 on such a shitty lunch.
Shrimp was overcooked and little popcorn shrimp so that's not hard to do if you don't know what you're doing. They were chewy and shrimp tacos shouldn't be chewy, I forced one down only because I was starving, but not even cilantro or salsa could make them taste better.
Best part of that overly priced meal was the rice and beans....very disappointed! For $14 I could of ordered a whole meal of AUTHENTIC Mexican food.
I do not recommend this place at all, just like the Mexican restaurant that was there before then, I don't look for this place to last either there barely a step above Taco Bell and lmao I like taco bells tacos much better.

The menu and deals are a little confusing and the process to get your food. Taste wasn't the best.

Needed a taco Tuesday spot and this place did not disappoint! Not gonna lie, I am sad to see Tijuana Flats leave but this Pancho’s is a pretty solid replacement. Very friendly staff and good tasting food. Two dollar Tuesday was hittin! I got 2 shredded beef, 2 ground beef and 2 shredded chicken tacos which were all flavorful and filing. The toppings bar had plenty of salsas to help take the tacos to another level and I gotta say I will come back again.

Great Mexican food, less Americanized so go in with that understanding.

Great Tacos, I would've given them a better score but the sauce wasn't my thing.

Great food and the owner is really nice. Good spot to watch some soccer too if there is a midday game.

I told my husband we shouldn't stop here because there was no one there during dinner(we were there about an hour and no one came in). We walked in and there was one table of two people. But then I looked around and the place is really nice and really clean! The guy at the front counter was super nice! We got guacamole to start with homemade chips. It was really fresh and good. Then we got the rest of our food. It was bland (mind you, to they do have a toppings bar that you take your plate up too). Plating looked nice. None us liked the food. Which sucks because its a really cute place. We are not complainers!! I so badly wanted to tell them what they could change because I dont want this business to fail. My family ordered 6 different things. All different. The new corn is missing depth and just tastes like sour mayo and corn. It was to much but lacking something as well. The chorizo was good. But the other meats were not. The outside of the tamales were decent. But hardly anything inside. Just plain tasting chicken. My husband is not picky at all and he was even super disappointed. The toco salad had steak in it which was good but the rest of it wasnt. You couldn't eat the outer shell. It didn't taste right. One thing I will say!!! It was fresh!!! You can tell there is heart and soul put into this place and someone is working hard to try to make it work. But this restaurant will not last unless they elevate and fix recipes on the menu. I really hope they do survive because this place has amazing potential!!!! Im sorry to the restaurant, that this isn't a possitive reveiw. I do wish you all the best!!!

I don’t like to dog on places but this food…. it made me wonder if the restaurant is a front. Part of my disappointment was certainly expecting to eat at Tijuana Flats, which apparently folded?? Well, they had light years better food than the new resident. Sigh! Why do the good things not last???
