Horrible customer service. I wanted to try a healthy and new place for dinner. I was totally ignored and never greeted while I stood at the counter for a long time, to put in my order. I just left without ordering. Totally rude!!! ??

I’ve been coming here for a good long while but recently, it’s been terrible. I get the same answer everytime and that’s “Our system this” or “Our system that”.So I order about 20-30 minutes ahead of time normally on my way to work. I get the order confirmed and the email/text/app notification that my order is in. I get to PB right on time or a little after the pick up time. I’m fine waiting however the last about 2 months it’s been “Oh we just got the ordered”; “Our system just got it”; “When did you put it in? We haven’t made it”.Even this last time, one of the employees - I’m guessing a supervisor - told me that I put it in at “X” time and it’s not ready and they need time. The time he claimed I put the order through was 13 minutes after I did. I even showed them the email, text and app tracker that said when I ordered and that promise timed to pick up was five minutes ago.

This is a bacon avocado melt… where’s the avocado at? For $7 for half a sandwich, that’s ridiculous.Customer service is great, but this is not at all my expectation for a relatively pricey sandwich.

My wife stopped in to get a sandwich around 11 a.m. on February 5. She got a bacon avocado melt and chips. At least that is how the sandwich was represented. Tiny little pieces of bacon equivalent to a half slice of bacon. Two small pieces of avocado that she had to dismantle the sandwich to find. Basically the sandwich was a cheese sandwich. She said that had we been dining in, she would have had the sandwich remade - but we were out running errands and on a schedule. Total disappointment.

I have been coming to this panera for years and have never had many issues regarding the food. I ordered a pick up order this evening after working all day. I ordered the tuna salad sandwich as it is my go to, chips as my side, a drink & cookie. My order was ready when I arrived, which was quickly handed to me but I had to wait a few minutes to receive my drink. It seems as though the gentleman spaced handing it to me which is fine, no big deal, it happens.After arriving home, everything was correct in my bag; except for my sandwich. Instead of a tuna salad sandwich, I was given turkey, which I unfortunately cannot eat due to dietary restrictions. I do not have the energy to drive back and I do not want to arrive minutes before closing. If the issue was the tuna being sold out, I would’ve fine to substitute another sandwich however this option was not given to me. I have now wasted $11 on a sandwich I cannot even eat. It’s just disappointing to find that your order is wrong after getting home, make sure you check your sandwich order before leaving! I guess this is something I must do from now on.

I dont know what's going on at the 116th location, but 2 times in 2 weeks the soup looked old and thick. The sandwich I order is always sloppy and makes a mess. It will close if they don't step up the quality.

I will never eat here again. My sandwich was sloppy. As soon as I ordered the sandwich it was ready which was weird but once I got it I saw how. It was probably from earlier that day. I ate here a second time and ordered a BLT and there was no bacon. Like really? A blt with no bacon? Just incompetent. I won’t be going back…customer service wasn’t great either when I called in. Take my business elsewhere.

We’ve been going to this Panera bread for over a year now and have had issues every time we order. Normally it’s online orders through the drive thru for pickup. Usually it’s sandwiches missing entire items. A turkey sandwich missing turkey, other add-on ingredients are not on there etc. I’ve even had to go inside to have a sandwich remade to only have it remade incorrectly a 2nd time. Today I picked up an order and my Turkey sandwich was missing Turkey. I will no longer be ordering from this location, they have a high likelihood of getting even the simplest things wrong.
