I ordered two large pizzas and received two medium pizzas. Please see the pictures for proof. I worked for Papa John's for five years, and I was made aware of certain management using medium dough when large dough was either out or under proofed. Spoke with manager and of course she denied it. This place is horrible with its current management.

Front counter person was not helpful and borderline hostile. They did not want to help anyone and acted very annoyed when I said I was missing sauces.
It did not seem like they knew what they were doing and couldn’t even grab the ready box without completely forgetting the name I said like 3 times (while being dismissive).
No one looked friendly.
I understand a rush and being super busy (I’ve been in that position). I also get having a bad day. Please work on friendliness or at least a positive attitude for customers and for the rest of your team. We all get it, and are willing to wait; just don’t act annoyed by all customers walking in. It may just be a lack of training.

This Papa John’s is a carry-out location. They always have our pizza just right. The Buffalo sauce with grilled chicken is a really good combo. We got the stuffed crust and the cheese in the crust is stretchy without being too stringy and adds a lot of flavor. We love dipping the stuffed crust in the garlic butter cup that come with the pizza.

So I placed an online order and it was delivered through DoorDash. The dasher gave me the completely wrong thing and it wasn’t the store’s fault. I called and I spoke to Kris T. and he offered to get delivered again or a refunded. Yet the way Kris spoke made it feel it wasn’t a burden to call or to be frightened away. If he isn’t the store manager, then find him a store where he can be!

This pizza gave little Caesars extremely upset. The man in the front was extremely unprofessional. The place was not clean. Like I’m not sure if he needed more training or what but I’m extremely upset don’t purchase.

this location always gets my items correct!! the spicy garlic unfortunately has a different taste now, and it doesn’t compliment my pizza anymore, but the original garlic is still good!! wings are always delicious, i usually get hot, bbq, or garlic parmesan. i recommend getting those :)

We waited for over an hour to find out that the Driver drove to the wrong address, no one answered the door so they took our pizza back to the store. We got nothing except charged for a pizza that never came! Really!!
