Parlor Doughnuts

It actually pains me to leave a negative review bc the doughnuts here are the best I've ever had. It's the service and the drive thru that are the problems here. Not the staff, they are great and patient and helpful. But clearly they are way understaffed every. The wait times for something that's already made are insane. I've ordered online pickup 4 times and every time I get thru the line after waiting 15 minutes, they've dropped my order and have to wait even longer. There's clearly some really bad management of this location and sadly I will not be returning.

The donuts are amazing! Service is 4 stars due to wait time and not much seating for the amount of people eating and waiting. The store was kind of dirty, I didn’t notice it until the ladies next me commented on it and I couldn’t unsee it. We had the savory breakfast sandwiches there and 6 sweet to go. The sweet is definitely best. I have ordered in from here a few times before going to the store and they are a favorite for quality and taste.

My fiancé and I have tried a few different (GIANT) doughnuts over the past couple months, and I think the Oreo crumble is my favorite so far, but all have been tasty and generously FLUFFY <3

I love Parlor Donuts in Fishers!! The staff is always amazing! The donuts are always perfect. I smile my entire drive there and back to get these donuts.

Horrible ran business with great product. Potential is there but if they don’t fix the rude and entitled employees it will close even though they think not. It’s my son’s favorite place and I told him no more. I can’t deal with the people. Excuses and excuses.

I ordered a tropical refresher which was delightful, however my daughter order a coffee and when the young lady handed the drink to me it spilt out everywhere, I don't like a messy presentation. I was able to use my $5 off welcome reward so that was cool. By the way my the daughter just let me know that her coffee was nasty so.... so I went back here and the manager offered me 2 free drinks because of my review which was very nice and accommodating. This is a nice establishment so please give them a try. I appreciate their effort and i heard their doughnuts are to die for. I tried their savory doughnuts I've had worse.

We love the donuts here, and last time we came we got to try one of the new savory donuts. We tried the pepperoni one and it was SO good! My son even said it was better than regular pizza. We can’t wait to go back and try some of the other new flavors as well!

Decadent delicious! Service is outstanding. Not your run-of-the mill donuts; wild (and yummy) flavors. Picture if a donut and croissant had a baby. Made fresh & you can watch them being made through the window. Definitely worth a visit!

My husband and I have never been here to enjoy the doughnuts until today, 1/16/2026. These doughnuts are so good that we talked about them for over a hour after eating them. These doughnuts are the best we’ve EVER had! (No sarcasm) The ladies that were working there are incredibly polite, friendly and kind, they answered all my questions without making me feel rushed. I highly recommend trying their doughnuts.
Spectacular, awesome and so amazing. We will be back. The price is perfect for what you receive.

These are amazing donuts. The minis are significantly bigger than other places donut holes. Strong recommend the raspberry filled ones. These are lighter, airier, and the dough is better to me than most other donuts too.
