I don’t think I have seen more of an upbeat and friendly staff in the last 6 years! The staff was so kind and personable. Kudos to the managers hiring good people!

I tried the cheesesteak sandwich here and it was super fresh and absolutely delicious.
The only small downside was that they forgot to add the honey mustard sauce to my sandwich.

Overall, still a great experience and I’d definitely come back!

A DoorDash driver you have the ability to visit and review a lot of restaurants and fast food places… What I’ve come to find out is that if a restaurant treats, DoorDash drivers or delivery drivers with Grace and respect that they will do that with all of their customers and this Penn station is top notch… Food is always ready and the employees are very helpful and very nice!

Do not get delivery! I do.love your food Penn Station but, even if we are talking about grub hub... You offer delivery and I have tried it several times now. I can't get a whole order. Not once ... Is it gun hub stealing the yummy sandwiches? Is it Penn Station not fulfilling the order? I don't think it matters at this point, either way it chips away at your brand. It is, maybe go to the store, but NEVER ever have it delivered again. Meh you know, if I have to drive anyways Philly Steak and Fries on the NW side is MUCH better!

Fries and cheesesteak arrived cold and they filled 2/3 of my cup with ice and barely put any lemonade in the cup. No customer service number to call and complain either.
