After years of wanting to try Peterson’s we decided to have our anniversary dinner here. The place looked so promising , we were seated promptly and that’s where the promptness ended.
We ordered some drinks and appetizers, drinks tasted great, the Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail was good and the Smoked Pork belly was great. Here is where everything fell apart. Drink refills had to be asked for because apparently you don’t notice the empty glass. And when the sodas had to be refilled we asked more than once for the refill , they forgot.
We are over 1:30 mins in and no salad or soup.
Waitress stopped to ask if we had gotten it , this is when we should have left !! I regret not leaving. 17 mins later soup and salad arrive.
Her salad was good my lobster bisque was below average. 30 mins later we got the Sea Bass and the Kansas Strip, the steak was dry aged that flavor was good. But the meat was chewy and the gristle was not trimmed ( not fat it melts) oh we got fries to share they need to season them they are not that great.
No one came to check on us till my wife was done with her dinner. At this point my blood pressure was sky rocketed and I have never been so dissatisfied in an upscale restaurant. I let Savanna know about this she gave us gift card and I don’t think at this time I will return.

First and foremost our waitress Elizabeth was amazing in every way. She was respectful of our time and allowed my husband and I to enjoy each others company without feeling rushed. She was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Excellent service. The food had lots to be desired. Though calamari was taken care of by the manager for the longer wait (this was very kind) it was extremely salty. Unfortunately i would not get again. Steak both ribeye and my filet had little to no flavor/seasoning. But on the other hand my husband couldn’t finish his ribeye due to the excessive seasoning in one section. The lobster Mac and cheese was extremely salty and probably the worst I’ve had. We also had ordered lobster tails which had absolutely no flavor as well as the butter. The creamed spinach and a certain bottle of wine was probably the best thing we had for the night. After spending almost 500 I would expect quality to be way better. I personally would not recommend based on the food. Super disappointing

It was our second time here. We were so excited to come and celebrate Valentine's Day at Peterson's! The food was excellent. However, the service was much less than average. Our waiter was very scarce. Took forever and a day to get drinks. Didn't seem like he even wanted to try. When you come to a restaurant prepared to spend 300+ dollars, you expect the service to be exceptional. We had to ask for things every other table was getting (bread for the table, they were giving out champagne with chocolate covered strawberries, we didn't get the champagne until we were about to get up and leave as every other table was getting them together). Just frustrating.

We ate at a bar top table and had Sergio as our waiter during Devour. It was our first time visiting. We had great Filet Mignons and the food and service was excellent.

Petersons was absolutely delicious! A group of friends, my fiance and I really enjoyed our meals. I ordered the duck ravioli. It was amazing! I tried something different and was really glad I did. Our waiter was great! He was very friendly and lightened the mood in the restaurant because it seemed a little uptight in there lol. He was very welcoming and funny. Others in my group ordered the grouper, steaks, Brussels sprouts, mashed potatoes, creamed spinach, and a few of the appetizers.

Went for anniversary. The waiter Tim, was very creepy. Kept coming back to our table. Made my wife very uncomfortable. Will not be going back.

The atmosphere was lovely as was the company. However, the meals were less so. The old fashedioned I ordered was half full and didn't even make it above the cube. The steaks were tasteless. No seasoning, just meat. I will say, they were cooked as ordered. My creamy lobster pasta was very disappointing. Overcooked sticky noodles, not creamy and far too many sundried tomatoes. (Not sure anyone could put enough lobster in a dish.) I will say the brussel sprouts were very good. Not what we expected from this highly rated restaurant.

We came here for a special occasion on a Monday night. It took us 1.5 hours to get our entree, and our servers reply was that this is a ‘two hour restaurant.’ We’ve been to plenty steakhouses and fine dining and never had a wait that long for two people or have the waitstaff justify delays in such a manner.
The food was ok. The crab stuffed shrimp was overcooked, the chopped iceberg wedge salad was a mess, drenched in so much dressing it was nauseating, and the sweet potato risotto was undercooked. Not once did a manager stop by our table to check in. I would not recommend.

My biggest problem with Petersons is the fact I purchased a gift card for $100 they would not accept due to it being expired. I have eaten here a handful of times with friends from out of town and also had a family dinner with 18 or more people and spent roughly $2500 dollars with appetizers, drinks and food on this occasion. You would think they could honor a $100 gift card even though it was expired. I don’t think I will ever return because of this. Like most people, I work hard for my money and feel like I had $100 stolen from me.
