I would give a zero to this place if possible. Horrible staff, service and they can’t get even simple order right. Had to wait with kids in carline and still they didn’t get a simple order right so had to wait another 15 minutes. Avoid this location.

I ordered 16 wings and fries but they delivered me fries and one 8 chili wings and didn't get my other 8 wings I am never ordering food from here ever again worst place

Every order has been correct, hot, and absolutely delicious (pizzas and pastas). Delivery times have been under an hour. Love this PH location!

The pizza was not the correct order when we got home to pick up . It had our name on it but incorrect order. Also the pizza was poor quality, cheese fell off the pizza when picking up.

Drove 15 minutes for pickup spent almost $80. with tip, get home and part of order missing and icing given for cinnamon rolls instead of the extra frosting I ordered, beyond disappointing especially when you spend that much money and tip and can’t even make sure you get your complete and correct order. Manager said they would make it rite, hopefully they do. Also where’s any frosting?

I don't know why restaurants have suddenly decided they don't feel like operating their dining rooms anymore, but I sure do hate sitting around in a drive-thru line when my online order is ready for pickup.If you don't have the staff to operate a dining room at 8:00 p.m. maybe you should shut the whole store down.Ever since the pandemic all these restaurants think they can just make up new rules and do whatever they want and still get the same patronage and it's not going to happen. Catch me down the street at Papa John's.
