Wrong order

In the drive thru, continued to get asked and interrupted if there was anything else. Normally would not leave a review if that was the only case. Get back to eat my food and my chicken is PINK! $30 at a CHICKEN place for it to not be cooked!

My food delivery today was short a sandwich and biscuit. When I called the store to let them know the sandwich and biscuit on the counter is probably the one that didn't make it into the sealed bag with the ticket that clearly shows they should be in that bag. When I tried to call the store, the message was that they "were unavailable."

Food is always good but when you the drive thru the attendant is short and some what rude

For all who read these words, you won’t believe this! This Popeye location is full of incompetencies. I asked for one thing, when I got home. I got something entirely different. I called the manager and all I got was employee problems. My suggestion is, you may want to rethink eating at this restaurant. Concern customer that wanted to get just what he ordered, no more, no less.

I frequently visit this location because of the outstanding customer service skills of Ms. Phyllis. She is very friendly and makes sure that my order is correct and fresh. She makes sure that the line and wait time is not long. The way she directs the staff is very efficient and she is always on top of her business. She has a smile that lights up the entire business. My food is always fresh and my experience is always a great one thanks to her. The staff moves quick and intensively on her shift. Thank you Ms. Phyllis for always doing fantastic work and I will see you again very soon. You ROCK‼️

My family and I visited this location after spending all day at Urban Air. We do not live locally, so we wanted to eat inside. Apparently they were under construction or something and we were not allowed to dine in. There were no signs or anything warning of this before walking all the way up to the door. So we go through the drive through and order a family meal. Since we couldn't dine in, we asked for plates and plastic ware so that we could go to the local park and sit at a table to eat dinner. They couldn't provide this - even though they were inconveniencing everyone - and their food was old and nasty.
