Today reminded me why I stopped coming to this location. This is the second time where they have forgotten food for my order. When I called today I was on hold and when I finally got a hold of someone I was told to call back when rush hour is over.

It was okay, a bit pricey for what you get though. The setup is strange at this location: walk across the dining area to order, there are ordering kiosks right in the ordering line for the counter. No signs telling you where to get your cup, napkins, forks and condiments. It took my friend and I about 5 minutes to find everything, it's all scattered for some odd reason.

Tellin the truth - i didnt expect it to be this good. Went with a friend who raved about it and it didnt disappoint. The flavours of this dunked steak sandwich and that chocolate cake. Wow!

Places order inside, weighted 30min for them to call our order, then checked on our order waited another 10min finally got our order, worker had to go to other side of kitchen where our food must have just been sitting. Hamburger was ice cold could not eat! onions rings hard as a rock, bread on sandwich soggy. Drinks flat and out of lids, straws ECT. Had to be an event did not have time to wait for food to be re-made. Very disappointed!
