Once again, someone in the kitchen can't read. Bacon and Canadian Bacon are NOT the same thing. You again forgot the Bacon. The food was cold, and the Alfredo sauce was broken and obviously microwaved. At this point, I'd rather just eat at Fazoli's

Oh my goodness was this such a good place! there were so many food options! and don't get me started on how many toppings there were! The Calazones were some of the best Italian food I've ever had! The server was amazing! and it wasn't very busy at all! 10/10 would definitely recommend! ❤️❤️❤️

It's good pizza, nice restaurant. I received a gift card from a client and had issues checking the balance prior to coming in. It has a "givex" number to call that they must use for gift cards but has been having "technical difficulties" each time I call and couldn't tell me the balance even when connected to a givex agent (i received the card in April...so Givex is clearly on the struggle bus since I've called a few times when i find the card in the back of my wallet). I went in and was able to use it fine, but checking the balance was an annoyance, you'd think they may want to reevaluate their gift card servicer in the future.

If you have kids or in general need to rely on delivery, stay away. if your order doesn’t show (monday ordered at 6pm, called at 7pm, every 20 min called and was told will be there any moment). 9pm comes and they are closed and i’m told “when door dash drivers steal your food it isn’t our fault.”
to top it off instead of issuing a refund they direct you to door dash for that, quite frankly what a genuis way for an org to not outsource a service but also be able to take zero accountability and blame the vendor. it’s friday and still no refund. they did comp the order tuesday. but alas ordered at 5pm arrive 630pm STILL NOT ready, get home and ill give ya one guess. entire order is wrong!!

i used to order from here 3-5 times a week. i’m done. you’ve been warned.

Do not order from this location through DoorDash. This restaurant does not do quality checks to ensure that your order is complete. Even if you order only two meals, one of them is sure to be missing when it is delivered. When you contact the restaurant, you will need to drag an apology out of them for messing up. Management team needs to be replaced.

First timer. Loved everything about my food. Staff was friendly while I waited for take out. Twice baked was an excellent pizza. Chocolate cake was excellent. Bread sticks with melted cheese were great. The bruccetta bread could have been better. You definitely have a new customer here.

The pizza was great, although the service was slow despite not being very busy. However, still good enough to come back!
We got the little razorback and the king of hearts. We liked them both but agreed that the little razorback was better. My only caveat was that it didn't seem to have the same amount of cheese as the king of hearts, so maybe next time we'll ask for extra cheese on it.

Good pizza, friendly staff. Their phone system is messed up and keeps dropping calls. I thought I got hung up on when I placed my order. When I got there to pick up my order I watched it happen over and over again to the team members. They all looked extremely stressed and were probably dealing with angry customers as a result. Seems like this has been a problem for a while.

Owner, if you read this, call your MSP!

We placed an order online, received a confirmation, and was told to pick up at 7:30. We get there and they don’t have our order because they thought they “turned off their online ordering”. Then they tell us 7:45. It’s almost 8:00 and still no food. Ridiculous. Never wasting our time with this puccini’s again!
