Went to Carmel location at noon on 11/2, very disappointed in service and attentiveness of wait staff, we sat in tables by the bar. Had to ask about the chicken sandwich that was ordered, when it then arrived was cold. Had to go to the bar and order another round of drinks. Bar arera had 4 customers in it. Hoped things would improve w shift change, did not. Bar staff stayed in bar and chatted with bar customers, we again had to approach the bar to order more drinks. Disappointing.

Wanted to try for a long time. Fried cauliflower was good, but the soup was very salty and the burgers didn’t help. Good food, but seasonings other than sodium would be much appreciated. Service was good. Place was much noisier than expected for a relatively dim lit area.

I stopped in randomly and was pleasantly surprised! Even during a busy rush I felt welcomed and the food even came out in a timely manner. I had an awesome friendly server named Kayla! She recommended not only the best chicken and noodles I've had in a while but she helped me choose a beer of my liking from the bar! The food was flavorful, the sides were well-seasoned. I'm ready to come back to try more as they have a menu full of different options.

Absolutely HORRIBLE service from Alyson. Never checked on us. Rushed us. Threw our check on the floor , rather than handed it to us. My soup was burnt and disgusting and server never noticed or asked why I didnt touch it. Hostess was also rude. Overall horrible experience and will not be back!!
My friend and I eat lunch at Sahm’s every few weeks. We get the peach cobbler for dessert. We were so disappointed that the portion size had dropped. My coffee cake with my salad was down to a sliver too. I was hoping Sahm’s would not follow the other locals and cut back, but sadly they are. AG
