Arrived at restaurant about 12:30 pm on 2/20/2026. Was told would be 6-8 minute wait. Asked if we wanted to sit in bar area. We said no . Hostess took my name and phone number. We sat on bench near check in. Sat there for approximately 5 minutes. At that time 2 other parties came into restaurant. One was a party of 2 the other a party of 3. Same hostess greeted them and took them into the restaurant area. Another lady from the restaurant looked at me and said “Guess she forgot you.” I said “ apparently so.” When hostess came back I said “excuse me but we having been waiting and we were ahead of both those groups.” She said “oh I’m sorry I forgot you were there.” We sat another 6-8 minutes before a space was available. The original hostess came and said a booth was ready. She sat us at the 1st booth behind them check in. We waited another 5 minutes before I server came. She took our order. Ate our food and had to wait about 5 minutes after we were done to get our check. NOBODY offered to give us a discount or something free for our long wait times. Very POOR customer service!!!

I want to start by saying the food was phenomenal. I've been to other restaurants in the group and have loved it. We decided on this location because it was close to my grandma in Noblesville. Upon entering we were seated right away. We waited about 10min before our server came to get our drinks. When we ordered our food we both choose a side salad for one of our sides. The server specifically asked if we would like those out first and we said yes. About 15 minutes goes by and we wonder where our salads are. Our server comes back with bread and said are steaks are about done. We let him know we wanted our salads first and he says he'll go check. Our steaks then come out and we let that person know we also wanted our salads first. Nothing was said they just walked away. Our server then brings out salads and says the ceasar salad was done it was the garden salad they were waiting on. My ceasar is soggy with dressing. Our server then never comes back and we receive no refills the entire time despite one glass being empty the entire time. We see other tables after us getting their checks and leaving before us. After dropping the check and paying cash he then comes back with the change and leaves it on the table and walks away without saying a word. I'm very disappointed after telling my grandma how great this resturant group is. We will rethink our plans in the future.

The food was delicious. Out waitress was very helpful and friendly. She checked on us several times throughout the meal. The hostess greeted us immediately. There was no wait time. We got seated right away. The restaurant was clean and had good atmosphere.
