WOW!!!!!! I love me a big juicy burger! I walked in and was greeted by a young little man named Nate. He was everything you can ask for in customer service, he was kind, helpful, and awesome. People like Nate make me want to come back to places like this in the future. Thank you Nate for this experience. The food was great also!!!

We weren't greeted when we walked in. The touch screens were dirty and full of fingerprints. There were only about 3 other guests in there. They weren't super busy. This was my first and last time eating here. My bill was $30 for a sandwich, fries, and shake. The fries were cold and it looked like they put an unmelted slice of cheese on them. I went to ask for them to be remade and the girl stood there looking at me like I was an alien or something after using the same dirty gloves from sweeping to remake my fries after not saying anything to me. The whole interaction was weird. The food was nasty. Just a terrible experience.

Sat at the pickup window for 10 minutes past my pickup time and when I tried to get an employees attention by knocking on the window they pretended like they didn't see me. I think you should at least greet people and explain if there will be a wait because it's understandable to be busy, but the customer service is a skill issue amongst the employees. The manager was so unhelpful and had no explanation, even worse than the employee because they should follow their corporate training better. I will reach out to HQ to give feedback that they need to train this location better.

A bit pricey for a single burger. And I had to wait an additional 7 to 10 minutes for my complete order to come out. So about 15 to 18 minutes. Waiting on eating.
