A technician that is visiting at Community Hospital North is repeatedly parking in a firelane, this is illegal and is also blocking a dumpster. There are open spots 30 feet from here
UPDATE: The equipment they charged us so much to look at and tell us was bad, works perfectly fine. Now we have 2 fryers and 2 griddle. HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!
Do NOT use this company. They will charge you $300 per hour for more time than they are there if it's an emergency. Hello..restaurants can't function without equipment.
First, 1 star is too many.
We were supposed to get a message before they headed out which would've given us time to get home from a neighboring town. We got a call only when he was lost on our road because he was looking a restaurant when they were told it was a food trailer.
They charged 2 separate trip fees to the same location because we were having trouble with 2 pieces of equipment. We were charged for 3 hours of work when he was only there less than an hour to tell us that our equipment was clogged and not repairable. We bought replacement equipment only to find out it was a propane flow issue. So not only are we out the $1000 they charged for doing nothing, we are also out the cost of equipment we most likely did not need.
Don't work. I don't recommend them. They will take your money. They want to charge you 500 dollars just for coming and they don't assure you that they will fix it.
We had a technician come and check out what the issue was for oven ( brand new cost $1200) and were told they’d email us the quote. That visit cost over $600 just to tell us what the issue was. We never received an email, even though I gave our correct email. I never get quote.I told her it’s still the same issue as last time so no technician is needed to come out and she said she’d be sure they wouldn’t. Of course, they still send a technician, the same technician as last time and he says “yes same issue; I can just email you the last quote” and then the company charged us over $480 for that visit!!! We were wrapped up in $3700.44 without the issue even being fixed! I called to dispute the charges, When we did get the Invoice, the cost alone in parts was more than it was just to get 3 new Oven I have no idea how anyone in that company can sleep at night. They’re deceitful and uncaring, I wish I could give 0 stars. I have attached invoice.
AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!! They came out to fix our oven. The oven worked for a week or so then back to having the same issue. The company will not call us back. Asked if they warranty their work since the oven is having the same issue...no they won't! Asked to speak to a manager and no one will call us back. Going to report them to the Better Business Bureau next
Unorganized and sneaky company. We had a technician come and check out what the issue was for dishwasher and were told they’d email us the quote. That visit cost over $400 just to tell us what the issue was. We never received an email, even though I gave our correct email. When I called, the lady said they must’ve sent to wrong email but that quote had “expired” so they’d send a new one and I gave her my personal email this time. I told her it’s still the same issue as last time so no technician is needed to come out and she said she’d be sure they wouldn’t. Of course, they still send a technician, the same technician as last time and he says “yes same issue; I can just email you the last quote” and then the company charged us over $300 for that visit!!! We were wrapped up in almost $800 without the issue even being fixed! I called to dispute the charges, but the company refused and said it was our fault even though they sent the original quote to the wrong email. When we did get the quote, the cost alone in parts was more than it was just to get a new dishwasher, not including labor. So we bought a new dishwasher instead. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUESmart Care Solutions is a horrible company to deal with. You can never talk to anyone, they of course will call you back but no one ever does. Techs get assigned to units that they have no idea how to work on and lack the common sense to follow wires, spending hours of labor to get nowhere. Of course they still want to charge for the waisted time they spent.
Do not work for this company. Nobody has a clue as to what they’re doing. Management is a joke.
They are nothing but a scam. I got a brand new dish machine installed and we were having sone issues. When we contacted the manufacturer, they dispatched “Smart Care”. They can’t and told us the chemicals were not attached to the respective lines. They were supposed to email the drawings. They stayed for 10 mins. It has been six months since they are hounding for $750. No bill was ever produced. No charges were ever discussed. I am going to file a complaint against them.If you want to get robbed, have them visit your property

I had a terrible experience with Smart Care. Two workers came out to repair my rotisserie smoker. The chains and shelves had come off during operation. Luckily I was next to the smoker at the time and was able to shut it down before incurring any damage. The repairmen put the chains and shelves back on, but failed to do any diagnosis as to why the chains came off in the first place. Did not even bother to turn on the rotisserie. During next use, the chains and shelves come off again this time causing damage to several of the shelves. For this they want to bill me $1100. Doesn't matter to them that their poor service resulted in me having to pay someone else to diagnose and fix my equipment. Use at your own risk.

This company is a fraud. Their tech repaired my under-counter freezer in less than an hour and they charged me for 2 hours of work. Their customer service confirmed that the service had a 1 hour minimum, which I agreed to pay, but the company rejected my invoice appeal without explanation and they're insisting on charging me $400 for 2 hours of labor. It's an abomination and I'll be reporting them to the FTC.
