Smitten Kitten Cat Cafe and Coffee Shop

I didn’t try the coffee or snacks i mostly came for the cats but it smelled amazing in their wish i had tried something and the staff were amazing!!

Extremely clean cafe with plenty of space both inside and out of the room with kitties. Cats had super fun and original furniture/toys and lots of places to go if they didn't feel like interacting. I didn't see a single stressed-out kitty, and staff were very friendly, approachable and focused on their animals to ensure kitties were safe and comfortable as well as each guest. Delicious coffee and small bakery items!!! I was very impressed and think this is the best cat cafe around the Indianapolis area.

Lovely place, the café has good coffee and the snacks are good, however the cat experience is not too great. For the volume of cats there are, the appointments are extremely overbooked, especially compared to other cat cafés I’ve been to. There is also no requirement for hand sanitization, risking sickness for the cats. I also feel this place would benefit from a rule to minimize volume, as it seemed like the cats were extremely overstimulated, and would often hide, even further damaging the ratio of people to cats. Given a few tweaks, I think an appointment here would be awesome, but given the current state, it’s not so fun, especially not $18 per person fun.

I don't drink coffee, so I can't comment on the quality there, but the chai was good and the children absolutely loved petting some cats. They keep about 20 cats at a time, all of which are adoptable. My children are already planning the next visit.

Was visiting my family in Indiana and stop by because I felt like it would be cute place to check out I was very surprised to be met with rude service and that it was 10 dollars to see that cats but paid anyways vibe felt off for sure and also they aren't really an adoption center like they advertise they are just the middle man instead it is some 3rd party you have to email only to get ahold of and they take hours/days to get back to you so 10 of 10 wouldn't recommend this place

Cool experience and reasonably priced drinks. SO many cats and all friendly. Its fun spotting them all since there's so many hiding places.

been here 3 times and the staff is always so friendly and kind! love spending time with the kitties while i enjoy my coffee 😊

Really cute and clean place. Love the large tree in the cat room. My only complaint is that $18 for an hour session is about $3 more than most cat cafes charge. Still, I love cat cafes so we will definitely return!
