My family went to a different Starbucks this morning, and my daughter dropped her pink drink, and was devastated. We came to this Starbucks to get another one, and Destiny wouldn’t let us pay for it… She was super sweet, and made my daughters morning. Excellent Starbucks!

Have become very frustrated with this location. Drinks aren’t full when served and always super heavy pour on the creamer/sweetener. I order light but they rarely follow. I come here for the coffee…not sugar and creamer. Management - please address.

Second and last visit. Silly me that I thought giving this location a second chance would be be a good idea. Ordered the salted caramel iced coffee, and there was zero salted caramel flavor and coffee tasted old. $5 wasted. I’ll stick with pre-made Dunkin coffee drinks that are consistent and half the price.

We stop in each time we visit Kroger. They are always pleasant and nice. The coffee always tastes good and they have tasty food choices.
Worse experience ever! I asked them to make a drink i had been getting for years and they messed it up twice. They were combative and rude. The guy DJ especially. Rude and literally never coming back.

Who doesn't love a 1,000 calorie drink from heaven? I love the white chocolate mocha with raspberry syrup. It is so worth every calorie!

Saw a sign as I was walking into the store for a Pistachio Coffee Frappuccino and I love pistachios so I thought I'd give it a try. I asked how it was prepared and that I'd like it to be over ice without milk but was told it's a hot beverage and it had to have milk, otherwise it would just be coffee and pistachio flavoring. Odd because most coffee blends can be served with ice as an option and I've previously gotten beverages without milk. It ended up tasting like warm milk with very little coffee and nearly zero pistachio taste. Totally not enjoyable and a complete waste of $5.75. (Btw, this is the website description: Sweet pistachio flavor blended with coffee, milk, and ice, then finished with whipped cream and a rich, salted brown-buttery topping--an icy-smooth, creamy delight to keep you energized in the new year.) Either false advertising or very poor training. This was my first and last purchase at this location.
