Oversight Fail!!!

Great atmosphere outdoors for meetings and discussions. Indoors the new chairs and metal fixtures create an echo sound that is jarring in ambiance. Staff shift change sub-par. :( Not up to food service cleanliness code standards.

The supervisor was very friendly and volunteered her expertise and ownership in the company, but she did not have the secret shopper skills to impress me for a rave rating. She seemed happy in her position, but she did not have knowledge mastery training in the Coffee Master skills program that were previously required for supervisory roles of all staff members. As a former employee trainer this made me wonder why the prices have increased exponentially.

The menu board was difficult to read, and the staff did not offer what their recommendations were for a great selection to try that they personally recommend that was worth the value and quality.

There’s definitely room for improvement to return to what the brand once was! I was disappointed overall compared to fifteen years ago when I last visited this location.

I suggest the corporate oversight committee take the time and ownership responsibility to consider contacting former employees in the records management network to consult with them regarding brand management and improvements. Huge opportunity has nearly been ruined across the corporate governance. Will they bankrupt? Yes. Disappointing overall, especially to long time patrons and supporters!

i ordered a strawberry refresher and they put lemonade in it after i specified not to do so. I’m allergic to lemonade so was not a good day for me do not go to Starbucks!!

I usually never leave reviews, but I’m going to for the store. I usually go by the Starbucks a couple times during the week in the morning on my way to work while the surface used to be good fast and helpful. It is now extremely slow. They have customer service attitude today. I decided to go and get coffee at 9:30 AM. It did not get done until after 10 AM. While as well, being a mobile order when they finally brought out my food, my Venti coffee that I had to pay eight dollars for was incorrect hot instead of iced and completely watered down as far as flavor. Then my double smoked bacon came out colt so I asked for them to go back and heat it up to my surprise when I got it back just now being home it is pitch black it is a pitch black bacon, egg, and cheese croissant so for this CRAP meal I paid $14 for. The least you can do Starbucks is make sure that your employees are actually doing their jobs. And not blackening my sandwich to be petty, which I know that that’s what it was because the lady who did it was giving me dirty. Looks for asking if my coffee was almost ready, and if they received my order.

This is such a great Starbucks location!! The service is extremely fast. I was in and out, which is greatly appreciated when I’m visiting Indy 500 weekend and am crunched on time! The drinks tasted excellent and were nice and cold as well! Definitely a great location to stop to when in the area!!

Obviously there’s little reason to review Starbucks for their products. Everyone has had something from there. You know what you’re getting. The only reason to review is for the service. Wonderfully kind staff on a Monday morning. Very fast. Greeted nearly every person who walked in the door. Efficient, clean, and you can tell they prioritize doing a good job. I wish I lived closer to this location. Thank you for making my day just by being kind humans.

I placed a pick up order for the very first time and my dad went to pick up the order since I have been in an accident and unable to do it myself and when he went inside he told them my name and then when it was ready he was told that he needed a confirmation code and was trying to get it from me but was not given the chance to do so before the barista rudely grabbed the bag and said I’ll let it go this time in a rude manner while I was on speaker phone trying to find the code. I’m not sure why she felt it necessary to be rude to both my father and I but we will no longer purchase from this location due to this incident.

It’s sad that everyone likes the turkey pestos bc they’re so yummy. Also side note but this guy was being very obvious about his unhappiness bc he wanted some things (water, whipped cream, straws, a sleeve for his cold drink??) but waited to ask for them after he got his stuff in cafe. Being super annoying and dumb honestly bc that’s a lot of waste. Employees were super nice and didn’t give him any side eyes whereas I would have glared at him every time he was like “yeah I need this too”. Clearly he never worked in fast food of any kind. Obv everyone who thinks they are high and mighty for demanding someone’s specific hand holding attention needs to work a job in fast food. I feel bad for those employees but they were so nice and he was not. Not the first time I’ve seen this either.
