Everyone who works at this location is so nice, friendly and upbeat. So much so that I drive past another starbucks on my way to work to come to this one instead. My order has always been ready at the estimated time, even when they are slammed in the morning. 100% would recommend

Not a big starbucks person, but got gift certificates for xmas. The people working were helpful and super kind. Didn't realize, however, how many carbs the low calorie drinks had.

This 5 stars is to employee's you have. I was in meeting yesterday with couple people and I left so fast that forgot jacket and wallet. How nice they lock it in safe and kept it till I call next day. I really thank you for been honest and very friendly.

I love how they make it their top priority to ask for a name for the order but then put whatever name they feel like. For example “Thxs” That’s never been my name. Some of the employees here are very rude.

This Starbucks team is fantastic!! They deserve more than five stars. Each team member is friendly, professional, and customer service-oriented. I value those traits so much. Even in the very early morning hours, they bring their A-game. Often they have started making my drink as I am walking in because they saw my Jeep. Many kudos to Lauren, Ali, and the entire team! Thanks for starting my mornings off great!

Consistently watered down and cold coffee. Everyone is super nice but I have been visiting this location on my new route to work and it is as if they take some brown food coloring and add to tepid tap water literally every day.
This review is t based on one visit. If you drink actual coffee, and you like it black, I suggest going by to a different location

Not great costumer service....and for what you pay it should be
I got the completely wrong order. No big deal, called and was told no problem we will refund. Had no idea it would include a "lie detector " quiz. I know, only 7.00 plus change, but jeez...I am there at least 3x a week( which is a problem of its own!):)

This is the worst Starbucks I have been to. Every time I come I have to flag down a staff member to ask them to get my drink from the drive thru counter. It ALWAYS gets put there at this location instead of the mobile order pickup area.

Great new place
My Venti caramel macchiato with extra caramel drizzle is extremely hot. I went to take one sip and I had to spit it out on the floor of my car and my tongue is still hurting. It’s extremely extremely hot. I’m not sure what the barista was thinking because I never asked for extra hot. Is actually at a dangerous temperature.I added a photo of the tag of my coffee to prove that I did purchase it today and the time of the location at 8880 E. 96th St. in fishers, you cannot take a video and there’s no way for me to have a thermometer, but this coffee is extremely hot. I have never burned my tongue in any Starbucks and I just happen to go to my doctors who happens to be fishers, this barista needs to double check the temperature they have this coffee. It’s ridiculous.
