I have been coming to this location for several years and in the last 6 months or so, while using the drive-thru, I have to ask for a stopper and a sleeve every time I come and order a hot drink. I can only assume that when giving a hot drink to someone in a car, it would be standard to provide both to avoid spills and possible injury. Please do better when asking for your tips!

I Got there at 8:30pm. I asked for black coffee and the response I got was “we don’t have coffee because we’re closing in 5 minutes.” They close at 9pm. If you can’t make black coffee in half an hour…then something is wrong.

This Starbucks is a convenient location to where I live and work, so it’s the easiest one to frequent. I use mobile order exclusively so my order details are relayed on the printed ticket…yet somehow I never get the right drink. It’s a simple iced drink with whipped cream, whole milk and light ice. I never get the drink consistently made right and when I asked for it to be corrected, the staff seems like it’s an inconvenience or they read the ticket to “confirm”. Yes, I know what I ordered and it’s just being made any way to keep the queue moving. I’ve even been given a totally different drink and asked if I was sure it wasn’t mine. 🫤 Just please read so the drink is made correctly.

I’ve been a loyal Starbucks customer since 2013, usually spending about $100 a month and often bringing family, friends, or business meetings here. Yesterday I bought two vanilla lattes in the morning, and later that day I stopped at the same store to ask for a cup of water. The staff refused, spoke coldly, and didn’t give me the option to pay.

At other Starbucks locations I’ve since learned I could simply pay for water, which I have no problem with. What disappointed me was the lack of explanation and the unfriendly way it was handled. I hope Starbucks makes this policy clear and more consistent, and reminds staff to treat loyal customers kindly.

The only Starbucks in 20 years of living in the local community to charge for water. I always tip, don’t typically patronize the stores unless I’m traveling in airports, but have never had a suggestion of purchase for water with a heat index over 90. Not worth the stop.

Although I am not a coffee drinker, nor do I get any of the other fancy coffees, I am hooked on the Strawberry/Acai Lemonade. It is perfectly balanced for my strange diet.

Everyone who works at this location is so nice, friendly and upbeat. So much so that I drive past another starbucks on my way to work to come to this one instead. My order has always been ready at the estimated time, even when they are slammed in the morning. 100% would recommend

Not a big starbucks person, but got gift certificates for xmas. The people working were helpful and super kind. Didn't realize, however, how many carbs the low calorie drinks had.
