Cute little shop to hold a meeting for a few people and enjoy a drink. Employees were kind and parking was plenty. Will go back.

Always seem short staffed. Will randomly close early due to not enough people. Also waited 15 minutes to get my pickup order with only 2 cars in front of me. Workers are nice but definitely poor management.

We did drive thru today and it was an absolutely terrible experience. They didn’t give us the 50% off our beverages which was the whole reason we went. Then our drinks weren’t even made correctly. So disappointed and frustrated. The cashier realized she messed up and didn’t offer to fix it. We used the app and clarified when we ordered that we were there for the promotion.

Our drinks took forever to be made. They had plenty of workers and not busy. (This is the usual at this location.) Employees were chatting with each other. Playing on a customer’s phone and didn’t wash their hands and continued making the drinks. Corporate did give me my money back. I truly couldn’t bring myself to drink my coffee from seeing the uncleanliness. But, staff needs to be trained how to do their job like all of the other well run Starbucks nearby. Sanitary concerns should be an important priority, and the customer should be apologized to..not given excuses for their bad practices.

I placed a mobile order for two lattes. The level of disinterest when we picked them up by the staff was appalling. Add in that one was only 2/3 full, ordered extra hot and made lukewarm (I arrived BEFORE they were made), and they added zero sweetener as requested lets us know we will never come back to this location again. Thank goodness for gas stations so I could make my $7 coffee drinkable and hot.
