Been over a year since having Steak n Shake food. In between have had gourmet burger specialty restaurants food and several of us agreed the Steak n Shake steak burger rivals and exceeds those competitors for flavor, quality, value. Aside, had orange dreamsickle shake and no one else has this flavor, plus the thickness, texture, flavor plus an unexpected small dreamsickle ice cream treat included. Will decided it’s worth the drive to this Steak n Shake location for a repeat...

We just encountered Qoury in the drive through - She was the friendliest food service worker I have encountered in a long time. Her cheerful disposition is the very reason I came to leave a review. It was so refreshing to encounter someone who had a smile on their face and acted genuinely pleased to interact with others within the role of their job. Qoury - keep spreading that light!

The dining area was open later than other far good places in the area, which was nice. Ordering was done through a screen where the cashiers used to be. The side machine required a code on our receipt to be scanned before dispensing drink. It didn't work; but a worker was behind the counter who could override the system to allow us to get the drinks we purchased. The double cheeseburger and fries were delicious.
