Walked in, not a soul in sight, guy in back sees me but couldn’t put his phone down. Proceeded to walk out, phone in hand and said “what do you want”.I said jokingly “sandwich”. Long story short, ordered hot sandwich, he skipped the part where you heat it up, than when I asked he said I told him not to…… then recommended I microwaved it when I got home. Don’t go here, I recommend Quiznos or jimmy John’s.

I'm in Indianapolis once a week, and I typically eat at this location. I have absolutely no problems with the portions. My salad is always very 😋. I am very appreciative of the workers there. They take care of me.
DO NOT ORDER HERE!! WORST SUBWAY AROUND! PICK SOMEWHERE ELSE!! THEY USE MULTI DAY OLD ROCK HARD BREAD

The most rude and miserable employees I’ve ever seen. No greeting, no conversation, and they seemed annoyed that I paid cash. I’ve never had my change slapped into my hand before. There are plenty of other locations close by to this one. It’s worth going out of your way to give someone else your business.

Easily the WORST Subway there is in operation! Very true they skimp on portion sizes - been doing that for some time now. Last night, I walk in a half hour before they close (8:30) and the kid tells me he ran out of bread and he can’t serve me. I looked and saw there was still some on the rack behind him but everything else was broken down and clean, as he was ready to close up shop. Sorry I don’t matter… sorry this Subway is still in business as it’s a joke of an establishment… sorry I’m forced to leave a star!
I ordered my boyfriend a footlong BMT sandwich and they put absolutely nothing on there thats supposed to come with it. Im not understanding, not even cheese. My first time going there because I don’t eat it but was getting it for him. Never again !

This place skimps everywhere they can. You use a discount code? Guess what, you are getting much less meat/cheese. Ordered a subway club FL which should have double cheese and three different meats. 2 pieces of cheese (total) and an absolutely minuscule amount of meat. Basically none.
Just like the majority of subways in Indy, this place is garbage.

I visited on October 3rd at 8pm to order three footlongs because my wife had a taste for Subway. When I walked in, a young employee with AirPods, who appeared to be talking to a friend, was behind the counter. He rolled his eyes when he saw me and didn’t say a word when I told him my order. Instead, he just pointed to the “order here” sign without any explanation. As I moved to the designated spot, he continued chatting and prepping condiment bottles, clearly more focused on closing tasks than on helping me. Another customer came in, and after waiting for about four minutes, he just walked into the back while still on the phone, leaving me standing there. I finally gave up and told the other customer, “he’s all yours.” I won’t be going back. I told my wife if she wants Subway, she’ll have to get it herself next time!
