Normally I don’t write negative reviews. Kind of just roll my eyes at the annoying situation and move on. But I can’t seem to shake this one off. I am at this location once a week at minimum because my daughter does sports with the YMCA. I love the convenience of having the Subway there especially for late nights when I don’t want to go home and cook dinner. That’s it. There is one young girl there that is BEYOND sweet. But the manager or maybe owner? Older short man with glasses has to be one of the rudest human beings I have ever seen work in a food place. He gave me the dirtiest look every single time i added to my order MIND YOU…I spent $40 there because it was me and 3 other mouths to feed. I really feel like if you’re that mad and miserable when you’re specifically working with families that come in there, you really need to consider doing something else. It 100% has turned me off to ever supporting this location again.

Poor customer service. Went in with a Subway coupon and got 2 footlongs, upon checking out the man refused to use the coupon. However, he was willing to take ANY of my other coupons just not the the particular one I was using. NEVER VISITING AGAIN! Go to Jimmy Johns instead.

The guy who took my order was not cool I ordered two oatmeal raisin cookies and the going to tell me to get something else with it he wasn't nice at all and didn't say sorry or have a nice day he needs to be fired

This place is terrible. We have gone a handful of times but we will never waste another dime again. A small coke is $2.15. My elderly grandma went to get a refill and I was screamed at by the guy running the place saying it’s .75 cents per refill but with tax it was then .90 cents. Whenever you order a sandwich they hardly put anything on there. They are very RUDE and cheap! I don’t appreciate you yelling at my grandma. We won’t ever spend money here again. He didn’t apologize or say anything to me.

This place said they would only take my coupon one time and never again. The vegetables looked really old and didn’t taste fresh. When ordering my toppings they hardly put any on my sandwich maybe they wouldn’t have old veggies if they actually gave you Some on your sandwich. Refills cost .75 cents wow!!! And they only had a few breads to choose from. Worst subway experience ever. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Trash restaurant. I had a promo for bogo foot longs to scan at the register, and after I scanned it and it showed the price adjusted; he erased it and said "it has a problem. It can only be used outside the store not in it." What does that even mean?? It worked, and said "scan at the Register". Cheap a** just wanted extra money. I'll never come back to this hell hole again

Wish I could say better about this location as we love the y, but they skimp on meat and cheese to the point I will never give this guy my money again. He gives about 1/2 to 2/3 the normal amount of meat and cheese of any other subway.
One of the staff members doesnt know what shes doing. I ordered a sandwhich and she rang it up on the man in front of me and gave it to him and had him pay for it then looked at me like I was crazy when I went to pay. We went even talking to eachother. Then another time same woman rang me up before finishing making my sandwhich then just kept saying sauce? Sauce? Then forgot my cookie...

Worst subway can't get app order correct and this location should not even show up in the app because it's located in a YMCA. If you want to place an order make sure to pick the subway located at 141st street and HWY 37.
