I ordered three foot-longs and six cookies for my wife and my daughter and myself. I went in and picked it up and I assumed the six cookies were in the bag got all the way home and realized they weren’t. I went back to the store and told them that I didn’t get my cookies and they were trying to give me some bogus excuse about the way the new receipt looks and weren’t going to give me my cookies. Finally they did. While I was there, my wife called and said my daughter’s sandwich didn’t have any cheese on it. Again, they weren’t going to do anything at all about it. They weren’t gonna remake my sandwich or anything. They tried to argue that when you toast a sub you can’t see the cheese anymore. What kind of crazy excuse is that? I’m not blind. I know what cheese looks like even if it’s toasted. Finally, all they did was put cheese in a bag that was cold that I now had to take home and put on a toasted sub that was supposed to be warm for my daughter. This place is the absolute worst and I will never go back there again.

I wanted a Monster but what I got was a baby monster.Not double cheese, barely any veggie and just enough meat to taste it.Really a bread sandwich, awful place never going back!

Would have been better to order in another location.The place has plenty of seating though and is very clean. Has this always been a place with baby lunches of ingredients?? I would have ordered everything on the sandwich and picked out the tomatoes etc (more expensive ingredients) and traded with my friend the ingredients she doesn't want.I recommend if possible to hold your craving and try the ones located close to Carmel Rd and Keystone, 146th st, and even 55th and keystone (they honor the app order freesub discount code) You will be surprised how delicious the sub is with the right amount of ingredients! I can't even include a pic of my humble sub.Has it always put pinches of toppings or is this a covid effect??Better sandwiches and more bang for your buck as well at Carmel Drive location, 146th location, even 5

Consistently underperforms in customer service. The care factor here certainly could use improvement. Its one thing to be conservative on sandwich toppings however its another thing if you have to ask for more than 1 pickle chip, 1 spinach leaf, and the proper amount of dressing. Looking forward to coming back to experience their improved customer service.
