Ordered online. Waited 20 mins after arriving. They continued to make anyones order who walked in and check them out.I’m not sure there is a point in ordering online and paying because you will get slower service than if you walk in. Won’t be coming back to this location.

I did a pickup order on DoorDash and the employee messed up by giving my order to a dasher when the receipt says -pickup- my mother went to go pick up my order and the employee said the dasher already picked up the order. I had to get on the phone and talk to the employee and told him they messed up and gave a pickup order to a driver. They refused to help in anyway and was completely rude!! I will not go back to this location as they are rude and unprofessional!

Overall poor quality. When asked for more, the manager makes a face that she is losing money. Doesn’t know how to do business. A word of advice, if you make people happy by making subs that are better quality and quantity, more of them will return and will lead to a good word of mouth and in turn higher revenue and overall profit.

They constantly mess up orders, then won't do anything at all. Can't get a hold of a manager, she is never there. The one time I did talk to her was not a good interaction. I will drive further from now on to go to a different Subway. Still waiting on a call from last week.

This location never participates in any of the emailed and/or app promotions. Due to location convenience only, we placed an order thru the app before the 8:30p cut off. Upon arrival, we were told the order “never came thru”. Calling the location was like nails on a chalk board. The associate struggled to provide the managers name or availability. We’ve learned our lesson and will avoid this location.

I go here more often then I like to admit. The people are nice and normal quick to get you in and out. Food is good and place is clean. Better than some other subways I have been in overall.

They’re always rude. Always with an attitude of “I don’t want to be here” mindset. Came in for ordering to go 45 min before closing (9pm, which is stated in google maps and google) store was already closed and the girl inside from far did a “we’re done, we’re closed” gesture with her hands. I’ve worked in restaurants before, closing the doors 45 min before official hours, not a great decision.
The sandwich was good, and the folks working were friendly enough, but man the dining room was so dirty.

This was the best Subway franchise I've experienced in this area. They were busy, but polite and made the sub just the way I ordered it. The sub was made just the way I'd make it for myself so I will definitely come here regularly!

If there is a zero I would give it. So rude and not decent. I ordered and got items missing items called to ask about the missing items. The person was rude and hung up on me. And they won't pick up the phone after. At first I was ok but now I'm really mad of how rude and unprofessional.
