The food was unexceptional, yet expensive. Service was sparse. Noise level was comfortable for talking across the table.

Great food at what seems like pre-inflation Bidenomics pricing. Very nice to be able to feed my family of four at a nice sit down breakfast for around $50-$60, fast and thoughtful servers. Highly recommend!!

This was my second visit since uptown re-did the restaurant and menu. The Sunrise was a place I looked forward to, no more. How things have changed. On top of it, there was a chatting waitress behind me in a LOUD voice with customers and the couple across the aisle who had to talk loudly to hear each other. We will not return.

Sunrise cafe was our go to spot for years. Since the new ownership took over, things have slowly changed and not for the better. The sourdough toast was a highlight of past visits. I even used to buy a loaf to take home. Now it is cut paper thin and has no flavor. Food is often served lukewarm. The eggs Benedict sauce is way too thick and goopy. I miss the old cafe!

The food was good ... nice, crispy hashbrowns. Service was just above average ... slow but friendly. The room temp was chilly, and the floors were kind of dirty.

Sunrise Cafe is amazing! My youngest daughter and I went there for the first time during some Daddy/Daughter time and had a great time. The food was excellent, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. We came a second time, this time with the wife and eldest daughter for a family breakfast, and everything was superb. We will be back again soon!

This used to be our go to spot. There was a server there, I can’t remember her name but she was there every morning and was so nice and peppy. The food was diner-breakfast but reliable and tasty (minus the poached eggs, they’ve never been able to get that right). Since the change in ownership the whole vibe is off. The servers are not nearly as personable, the food comes out slower, and it’s all kind of dry and mediocre. They haven’t lost us as customers, it’s close and open early. But it’s not what it used to be and for that, I’m disappointed. I wish it still had the friendly, everyone knows you feel it used to.

Had the eggs Benedict. I loved eggs Benedict but not this one. Sauce was overly thick and egg not done right. Food was cold and service was slow. I will say the server was very friendly though.

Food was gross. If you want a breakfast that is made up of cost savings food service distribution items, this is your place. Hashbrowns reeked of Vegelean cooking oil, biscuits we're frozen out of a bag and the gravy was pre made from a bag. All in all, not worth the $13.99. I've had better coffee from a Keurig machine.

Today 10/7Food presentation was terribleliterally asked for cheese eggs and got over cooked scrambled eggs with a slice of cheese on top. before I sat down the waitress asked me what I wanted to drink. A min would’ve been nice. The sausage was over cooked. My stomach hurts afterwards
