My boyfriend and i just went through there and they messed up our order. ordered steak not beef and ik steak is more expensive. asked for extra sour cream and they gave me none. we are highly disappointed!

I was just in the drive thru and i waited for 20 mins there were 3 cars in front of me so every 10 or 15 mins one would pull off im thinking they got there food. So i finally get up there 25 mins later and wait 10 mins there are now 5 cars behind me. A woman finally comes on the speaker and said im sorry we closed at 8pm its now 8:45 so i say you have got to be joking? You wont tell people that or put a sign or even turn your drive thru light off to let people know you closed early?! She said im the only one here im not gonna just watch the drive thru and tell you we are closed! Your not suppose to be closed i said why wouldnt you tell people that? She got angry sounding and said don't come back again! I couldnt believe that!! You cant tell people you closed early and you dont have TIME to just tell people. I wont be going back there .ive never ever been treated like that. I saw a total of 12 customers that drove off just when i was there and there advertised open till midnight or 2am so wouldnt it be nice to tell your customers that and not get angry at us this one wont be coming back after that. 3 years and it is getting worse tired of how they treat us. Ill go to the one on 82nd st there always nice and open and dont get angry at me when they close early and dont tell you then say dont come back?! Wtf is wrong with this world today?

Approximately 50% of the orders I get here are wrong. Even the simplest of orders, just two items, frequently results in mistakes: no sauce, no napkins, taco shell shattered into pieces, etc...

Worst taco bell in the state, if not more. Horrible service. Talk unprofessional through the drive thru. They can't even take two separate orders at a time. I will drive 15 minutes, just to not go to this location
