This is exactly how my nacho fries arrived. Does that look like the right amount of both fry and cheese to you? Not to mention my tacos had way less filling than any taco I’ve ever gotten from TB.

I’ve had bad experience after bad experience with this location. The people working here do not care that they are there to be paid, nor do they care that people are spending their own hard earned money on this. This location blows.

Drive thru used AI to take our order and it was spot on with our special alterations. The shift manager working there was super pleasant. The food was the best tasting I have ever had at Taco Bell. Quesadilla and burrito were actually pretty darn tasty!

Tacohell... 1pm middle of the day they ask you to pull around after you order and there's several of us waiting. Also the doors are locked I've never waited 15 minutes for a fadtfood order before. Shut your store down if you don't have enough employees. Worst experience. Update it took 20 minutes and the burrito was missing so 23 minutes because I had to be let in to wait. 2 people just drove off. Food was ok after microwaving it

Well let’s start half my order was missing and then the other half was made incorrectly. Ordered through their app and when I called hoping they would fix the issue. They said it wasn’t their problem they don’t have anything to do with the app callback when they’re not busy. So instead of fix my order they pretty much admitted they were robbing me cause I couldn’t get a refund or my order fixed. I warn people do not eat at this place unless you eat inside and check your order.

My toddler and I had a terrible experience here today around 3-3:30pm we ordered 4 orders of nachos only to find out that they were unedible. Extremely salty and burnt tasting. I told a man with darker spiked hair that worked there that our chips tasted awful and asked if something was wrong with them. He proceeded to give me a smart mouth comment and told me the chips were fine but it’s a new recipe. He offered no other solution but that the chips come in a bag and nothing are wrong with them. However if there is a new recipe this is a first for me because the chips at the Taco Bell in Yorktown are still the standard chips! I waited 10 minutes for someone to notice that I was ready to pay none of the employees were paying attention. They had 1 customer in there eating and it took over 15 minutes for 4 orders of chips and 1 double decker taco. I don’t recommend going here at all. This is the worst service ever.
