Drive thru used AI to take our order and it was spot on with our special alterations. The shift manager working there was super pleasant. The food was the best tasting I have ever had at Taco Bell. Quesadilla and burrito were actually pretty darn tasty!
Save yourself the trouble either go through drive-through or order via the app. The staff in the back will ignore if you stand at the counter. Refuse to take your order but will guide you to a kiosk.
Don't get me wrong, the food is still amazing. Just zero customer service if you try and dine in.
