My recent visit to Taco Bell was not so satisfying in terms of food. I ordered chicken chalupa, chicken burrito and nacho fries.
chicken chalupa is average and chicken burrito, nacho fries are good.

Customer Service great, lack of management support not so great. Manager used to open and support employees in case of call ins or shortfall of hours just one hardworking man doing all 3 jobs.

Please understand, this Taco Bell is owned by biggest franchise company Flynn group, I don't think it was up to par. They made my food sloppy and the product was hard and stale customers are paying good amount of money for there meal please do understand mostly are regular customers if you are going to let your customers wait long period of time at least make them freshly made food I guess you guys don't worry about the sos 🆘 or smg so you should take time to make it correct food for your customers and all from crew to management let's be professional we all understand that quitting one quick service and going to another one is in the past jobs opening are getting slim so please focus on keeping your job so you can pay your bills. I will follow up with the franchise president Taco bell to make sure this location doesn't follow other Taco bell brand to not care about food they making or the customer service. Also to the franchise owner also. The late night crew are the worst in any brand of quick service you guys don't care because no GM on dutie but if there was an assistant mgr..that made my food it was terrible made also thank you Skyler i don't know if I spell her name correctly i called tgis morning to report she was very professional may be she should be the assistant mgr instead of the assistant mgr that made my food terrible to est yesterday she explained to me the process of hold time and all. We should have more managers like Skyler in this kind of business. This is address to the GM of this location and to the DM or areas manager and upper management the restaurant managers floor managers I should say are not talking there roll as management serious.

Imma keep it a buck I just called and cussed a lady out and I feel really bad it might not have been her fault but I was missing 12 cinnamon delights, and I didn’t get any utensils for my food and all my food was falling apart I also had to place my order 3 separate times bc of app difficulties I apologize to whoever the sweet lady was on the phone I was very frustrated and the food I got was decent but it was just a lot to go through

You order from a kiosk now the food was good but when put together most my tacos shells were broke in half. The inside is clean and they play good music in the eating area.

Count your blessings if you visit this Taco Bell. Trust me it could be worse you could be going to the one just north in Noblesville off 37 where they just say they’re out of every ingredient so they don’t have to serve you. This location is actually pretty solid all times of day/night
